We loved this walk as it was a hot day and the trees gave plenty of shade.
Easy path to follow from the car park down into the coulee.
We did come across a moose but it didn’t bother us as we passed by. Lovely listening to the birds and the water running through.
You can walk part way if you want a shorter walk as there are several places to cross the water along the way.

Great park, you feel like you are of town meanwhile, you are right within your neighbourhood. I personnally wouldn't drive to this park if I was living in sn other quadrant but when living nearby, it's a lovely place.

Tuscany is one of Calgary's very desirable communities, and they have been able to preserve a lovely stretch of coulee (another word for gully) for nearby residents, Calgary locals who know about it, and visitors who have done their research. It is conveniently located on the amazing Rotary/Mattamy Greenway, which is a paved pathway that very nearly encircles Calgary at its outer edges, so cyclists will be pleased. I didn't find any parking areas, so I just parked on the street by the school on Tuscany Hills Road and walked in. There are several informal trails that cross the park, but you can stay on the paved trail if all you want is views. There's lots of woods, and very teeny-tiny brook going through at the bottom of the gully, but it's all quite beautiful. I'll be going back to explore further!
