Starting out in 2010 with just a couple of cars, we have grown to a fleet of over 30 luxury limousines, sedans, party buses & shuttle vehicles. Coming in 2017 is a brand new Dodge Ram limousine, Canada's first! We are very excited to show off our new fleet of great vehicles. We have expanded services to now include Edmonton, Banff, Canmore and everything in between! We look forward to welcoming you into our vehicles & will continue to offer the lowest price guarantee.

Do not choose this limo service. The booking was easy. We did not get the vehicle that I had ordered. It did not have running boards so we women dressed for the evening had to step up about 2.5 feet. At first the limo smelled like a dirty hockey bag. There was no ice so we had to bring a cooler with ice. The driver was on time and courteous but very dishevelled, shirt hanging out of his pants as the evening proceeded. The limo had a headlight out.

We booked for a special evening and the pink limo made it extra special. The driver knew his stuff and took us to some great locations for photos. I would relive that evening in an instant.

I used AMPM for a stagette in Calgary this past weekend. Two days prior I received a call stating that they would have a professional photographer out somewhere along the way to our restaurant downtown if we were interested in stopping for pictures on the way. I thought this would be a great addition to the night and promptly said yes. Our driver knew nothing about it when he picked us up but I told him the location and he took us there. Upon arrival there was no photographer to meet us so after waiting for about 10 minutes we proceeded to just take pictures with our phones and leave as we had a reservation which we were now already running late for. We were headed to National on 8th and after being taken to both National on 17th and 10th the driver told us that he was new to the city and didn't quite know his way around yet. We proceeded to take out our maps and guide him to the restaurant, however, by this point we had already missed our reservation.
While the limo was as expected and the driver was kind, the customer service was lacking. I emailed after the weekend detailing the experience, only to be told that the photographer had left for the day by the time we got there (which would have been nice to know on the way so we hadn't wasted our time on that stop) and that she had spoken to the driver and he disagreed with my chain of events, and that he only detoured to the other places because of construction, which I may have believed had we not had to give him directions. I requested some sort of compensation for the trouble but was assured that was not possible as their prices are already the lowest. I was given a discount for a future reservation that I do not think I will be using as clearly, cheapest does not mean the best.

I believe a good company is not only rated by their successful rides but how they handle their customers after an unsuccessful ride. AMPM gets a zero rating for handling our customer complaint. They ignored our safety concerns of being driven in a party bus with a lost and overwhelmed driver. They refused any refund or compensation for our evening saying they had offered us another driver to be dispatched. We declined this offer as we had just been put in an extremely unsafe situation. We were charged for the full 5 hour evening and we were in the bus for 35 mins. They say safety is their number one priority but I beg to differ!
I would definitely not recommend them to anyone!!

We booked a Dodge Ram Limousine out to sunshine Village for a ski day, It was a great way to transport 10 passengers with ski gear and snow boards. The service was great and our driver did a great đź‘Ť job driving on dangerous road conditions.

I should have heeded the previous reviewers' advice and never booked with this company.
I booked a limo to take our golf tourney participants to the golf course and back. My initial phone conversation with their rep quoted one price (with no formal documentation), I was then provided with a Confirmation email with a lower price.
I called their reps again to notify them of this and their words "that was our mistake, we will honor the lower price." Sounds good until I get my credit card statement and they've now charged me the higher price by $200 without telling me.
Now the fun part. I call their "Customer Service" team (and I use that term loosely) to investigate what happened. After 3 phone calls (with no call backs), I speak to the manager who is happy to tell me:
~ There will be no refund.
~ Repeatedly acknowledges her team made a mistake "I'm sure you've made mistakes in your life" while at the same time reiterating there will be no refund of the overcharge.
~ Tells me "I'm sorry you feel this way, and I know we made a mistake but we still won't be issuing a refund".
Customer Service is NOT a priority for this company, only making money is. Every corporate client I would have pushed to this company will now be going elsewhere
I'm sure a program like CBC Marketplace will love to hear about these horrible business practices from all of us.

We were looking for a limo ride for our teenage daughter's birthday party and unfortunately decided to go with AM PM Limo. We should have heeded the reviews which indicated being deceived by the company and charged for overtime when they did not request the extra time.
The booking process and communications was good leading up to the event. However, they did not have the pink limousine which we originally booked and had to change it after the booking. They also were supposed to send a limo which suited the size of our party, but last minute sent a much bigger one which didn't have the same intimate feeling for the party attendees. Regardless, we were still ok with everything up until this point. The party decided to make a stop to get drinks at Timmy's before heading downtown to the Calgary tower, but they took a bit too long at that stop. So, we decided to have the driver drive around instead to use up the time and return to our house at the end of the hour. We needed them back at the correct time because we had pizza being delivered and other items planned for the night before the girls needed to go home. The driver instead took it upon himself to take them to a scenic ridge for pictures, which ended up being further than it was if he had gone to the Calgary tower in the first place. I was following in my own car behind the limo and couldn't understand why he was driving so far away. When they got to the ridge, the party took some pictures and hurried back into the limo. The driver finally got them back to our place 14 minutes past the hour. Although it was later than we had anticipated and the pizza for the party was cold, the girls all had a good time. We thought he went above and beyond wanting to give them a bit more time to ensure they enjoyed themselves, and so we decided to give the limo driver an extra tip (on top of the 18% already included). We didn't realize that he took it upon himself to drive them further than was planned and was going to charge us for the extra time that he decided to take without our authorization. Three days later we found the additional charge on our credit card for 20 extra minutes of driving. We immediately called and emailed the company to inquire and then explained that we did not authorize the extra time and it is not right that we should pay for it. The company rudely and dismissively replied telling us that the limo driver said we authorized it and we agreed to the extra distance, and since we gave him an extra tip, that meant that we enjoyed it, so we should be paying for the extra time regardless.
If he had told us that was his plan and that it was going to go overtime, we probably would have been fine with it. He decided this on his own and the expectation is that we have no choice but to pay for extra time at their whim. It is incredible that they think they can get away with something like this. He could have decided to go to the other part of the city and take an extra hour, which we would have been on the hook for. This is very deceptive and shady practices by this company. If we had been more diligent, we would have noticed the F rating on BBB. I highly recommend staying away from AM PM Limo. There are lots of other honest services out there that will not try to steal your hard earned money.

I would absolutley NOT recommend this company. A group of us with an official hiking club of Canada ,hired them to drive us from LL to airport. Before embarking in to the van ,we asked the driver if it would be possible to drop two of us off at a gas station off of the highway( 5 minute detour)! Driver did not mention at any time on the drive that there would be an "overage"charge. Only when she was unloading the bags at the airport did she mention an overcharge! ( NO details of what overcharge defines!)
$165.00 later..... yes that was the charge for a five minute drop off. Staff on calls and owner were rude and aggressive and not interested discussing the issue. They wanted their money and they got it.! Needless to say, we are highly recommending that customers go elsewhere as there are many other reputable companies in Calgary to choose from.

Great experience with this company! Communication was always quick and clear. We had a party bus that seats 30 people. The driver showed up on time and drove safely, the vehicle was exactly as described, and we were able to easily hook up our phone to the sound system to play music (bring a USB cord). No complaints at all.

Absolutely the WORST limo service and customer service, we used the company first for my daughters Bachelorette party. We ordered a party bus for 9pm pick up. At 9pm we got a call saying the driver going to be was 1.5 late. We asked if they had another party bus available, at 945 a filthy limousine not party bus like we paid for picked us up. It was fulm of garbage and feathers and empty beer cans. We made a complaint and was never compensated. We had already put a deposit down for her wedding so we were stuck using them again. We reserved a party bus and limo for hee banff wedding. The party bus had no air conditioning and it was plus 30 that day. We got dropped off at the wedding destination and were supposed to get a ride back from the limo and the party bus. The limo broke down so the guests were starded with no alternative ride back to banff. We all crammed onto the sauna party bus with no air conditioning or open windows. I called the company the next day and the owner was yelling at me saying that the limo never broke down and the party bus did have air conditioning. He then began to laugh at me and saying that i was crazy and non of it happened. It was the absolute worse experience i have ever dealt with. We are putting ina report with the BBB. This company needs to be shut down for good.
