Starting out in 2010 with just a couple of cars, we have grown to a fleet of over 30 luxury limousines, sedans, party buses & shuttle vehicles. Coming in 2017 is a brand new Dodge Ram limousine, Canada's first! We are very excited to show off our new fleet of great vehicles. We have expanded services to now include Edmonton, Banff, Canmore and everything in between! We look forward to welcoming you into our vehicles & will continue to offer the lowest price guarantee.

    Calgary to Montana shuttle - great experience
    We hired AMPM Limo, also known as Aiport Shuttle Express, to drive us from Calgary down to Montana as you can't rent a car in Canada and return it in the US. Larry, our driver, was excellent. He picked us up at the airport in Calgary on time, drove us down to Montana in a brand new/very clean SUV, and very kindly dropped us off exactly where we needed to go in Montana. We booked a shared shuttle but were the only customers that day, so it ended up being private. If you're going Montana <--> Canada and need to hire a company to drive you across the border, can't recommend this enough! We were stumped on how we would get from Banff to our next stop in Montana and this was a perfect solution.

    Do not choose this limo service. The booking was easy. We did not get the vehicle that I had ordered. It did not have running boards so we women dressed for the evening had to step up about 2.5 feet. At first the limo smelled like a dirty hockey bag. There was no ice so we had to bring a cooler with ice. The driver was on time and courteous but very dishevelled, shirt hanging out of his pants as the evening proceeded. The limo had a headlight out.

    Perfect limo transfer from Jasper to Calgary airport
    We needed to get from Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge to Calgary airport and had a credit with AmPm from a 2020 Covid cancellation (Canada stopped letting folks from USA in) that we needed to use. Bob Norris was our driver for the five-hour trip in AmPm’s Cadillac XTS. Bob did a phenomenal job and the conversation made the trip fly by. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

We were looking for a limo ride for our teenage daughter's birthday party and unfortunately decided to go with AM PM Limo. We should have heeded the reviews which indicated being deceived by the company and charged for overtime when they did not request the extra time.

The booking process and communications was good leading up to the event. However, they did not have the pink limousine which we originally booked and had to change it after the booking. They also were supposed to send a limo which suited the size of our party, but last minute sent a much bigger one which didn't have the same intimate feeling for the party attendees. Regardless, we were still ok with everything up until this point. The party decided to make a stop to get drinks at Timmy's before heading downtown to the Calgary tower, but they took a bit too long at that stop. So, we decided to have the driver drive around instead to use up the time and return to our house at the end of the hour. We needed them back at the correct time because we had pizza being delivered and other items planned for the night before the girls needed to go home. The driver instead took it upon himself to take them to a scenic ridge for pictures, which ended up being further than it was if he had gone to the Calgary tower in the first place. I was following in my own car behind the limo and couldn't understand why he was driving so far away. When they got to the ridge, the party took some pictures and hurried back into the limo. The driver finally got them back to our place 14 minutes past the hour. Although it was later than we had anticipated and the pizza for the party was cold, the girls all had a good time. We thought he went above and beyond wanting to give them a bit more time to ensure they enjoyed themselves, and so we decided to give the limo driver an extra tip (on top of the 18% already included). We didn't realize that he took it upon himself to drive them further than was planned and was going to charge us for the extra time that he decided to take without our authorization. Three days later we found the additional charge on our credit card for 20 extra minutes of driving. We immediately called and emailed the company to inquire and then explained that we did not authorize the extra time and it is not right that we should pay for it. The company rudely and dismissively replied telling us that the limo driver said we authorized it and we agreed to the extra distance, and since we gave him an extra tip, that meant that we enjoyed it, so we should be paying for the extra time regardless.

If he had told us that was his plan and that it was going to go overtime, we probably would have been fine with it. He decided this on his own and the expectation is that we have no choice but to pay for extra time at their whim. It is incredible that they think they can get away with something like this. He could have decided to go to the other part of the city and take an extra hour, which we would have been on the hook for. This is very deceptive and shady practices by this company. If we had been more diligent, we would have noticed the F rating on BBB. I highly recommend staying away from AM PM Limo. There are lots of other honest services out there that will not try to steal your hard earned money.

Horrible experience with AMPM. We booked a limo for a party but unfortunately had to leave Calgary for a family emergency. When trying to cancel (or even reschedule) over 24 hours in advance they said they couldnt and we would be charged the full amount of $295.88 which is ABSURD. We were willing to rechedule or even pay a smaller cancellation fee. Thats just bad business and poor customer service. They lost us as a repeat customer. Avoid companies like this.

We booked this limo service for our wedding day over a year in advance. Upon booking I sent a detailed itinerary as well as my wedding coordinator sent a timeline (prior to the wedding day) to this company to ensure things went smoothly. The driver showed up in a filthy limousine both inside and out. The inside seats had white liquid all over them that the groom had to ask to be cleaned upon entering the limo. The AC was not working properly and was blowing dust into the limo. In a limo booked for 14 people they give you one bottle of champagne. Following the ceremony we went to take photos outside of Banff in a more remote location and the driver was visibly on his phone for the majority of the ride and nearly swerved off the road several times. Several members of our bridal party mentioned this as they felt unsafe with his driving. Lastly during photos the limo driver came and shouted at us that we had to leave or we would be late for the reception. Again he had a detailed timeline and we had the limo booked until 5:30. This was at 4pm during our bride and groom portraits. He continued glaring at us until our photographer kindly told him we didn’t need to leave for another half hour. This made us feel very uncomfortable and was a very rude way to handle the situation. I emailed the company directly and they simply stated the driver disagreed with what I said and there would be no compensation. Despite having 12 people who can verify his behaviour. I asked to speak with a manager and have been ignored for several days with no accountability taken on their part. I DO NOT recommend this service especially not on a day as important as your wedding day. Safety should be their main priority and it is very clear they do not care about their clients safety.

I regret to say that our experience using AMPM Limos Calgary for our wedding was extremely disappointing. On the day of our wedding, they didn't show up as scheduled to pick us up after the reception. leaving us and our guests stranded. After numerous calls they finally sent a replacement vehicle which was a car, not the limo we had originally booked. This replacement vehicle arrived 50 minutes late. Their excuses for not showing up were constantly changing and conflicting.
Originally, they said it was from the vehicle being stuck, then they said it was due to vehicle breakdown, then lastly said it was due to an earlier delay picking up other customers. Lastly, they had the audacity to offer us a free one-hour limo ride in exchange for not leaving a negative review.

I hired AMPM limos for my wedding. We were the bride and groom. I booked months out, confirmed 2 weeks out (with a reply), then a few days out (no reply), one day out (no reply) and had to email them on my actual wedding day where I finally got confirmation.

They were due to pick us up and the bridal party on a 10 seater limo just after midnight but did not turn up. After a groomsman called to check on the status, we got conflicting excuses about why the vehicle did not turn up and that another vehicle was being sent. About 50 minutes later a 5 seater vehicle turned up which was completely useless as we were a group of 10 in the bridal party and the original plan was for the 10 seater limo to make three trips to pick up more family and friends (30pax).

We all ended up having to get lifts home with family friends etc and my bride and I sat on the back of our uncles car after our wedding and left over an hour after we were meant to depart.

I waited until Wednesday (4 days) thinking the company would reach out to apologise but we heard nothing. I emailed and AMPM limo employee RAFIQ on the Wednesday and they did apologise but started throwing out many conflicting excuses as to why the vehicle didn’t show up from it “being stuck” to “delayed at airport” etc but I know full well they are just simply so unorganised at their company that they forgot to pick us up.

The worst part is, Rafiq from AMPM limos only gave us a partial refund as they believe they still sent a 5 seater car almost one hour late and that we should pay for this. They simply will not refund us the rest of our money. I am currently taking this issue further within the appropriate channels and therefore can confirm this review is 100% accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Finally. Rafiq offered me a “take it or leave it” one hour free limo ride in Calgary if I didn’t leave a bad review on social media but Rafiq, I’m going to “leave it”! You keep your limo ride and I am posting my honest review so no one else gets caught out like us on their wedding day.

Do not use this company for your event. Rafiq and this business are extremely dishonest and disappointing.

Horrible experience with this company, avoid them at all cost! I would give them a negative star rating if I could.

We booked with AM/PM for our wedding because they guaranteed us the vehicle we wanted. We called 48hrs before the wedding to confirm everything as we booked their "Dream wedding package" and were told everything is good to go. We agreed to have an SUV limo, our contract/receipt states that. On the day of the wedding, we get picked up in a dodge ram truck limo with an Alberta flag covering the back window. Our wedding package was supposed to include crystal glasses, decorations with a "just married" sign for the car, and the driver opening the door for us to help us. What we got were dirty plastic champagne glasses (groom had to wipe them all down), no decorations whatsoever (driver said no one told him), and the driver never opened the door for us, our bridal party had to do that.

We were okay to let the small things go but called the company two days later to talk about the truck being sent and come up with a resolution as we spent so much money and got nothing that their package promised. We spoke with Vic, and he was great at first. He took notes of everything, and he seemed sorry for it and even made comments like "it's a wedding the driver should have been opening the door" so we thought our concerns were being taken seriously. He told us he needed to speak to the driver and get back to us for the resolution, which we were respective of and waited. A few days go by and no call back, so we called again. Vic told us the driver hadn't gotten back to him, but Vic assured us he would look into it. We told him we would be out of the country and follow up when we were back. We called a week and a half later... again, no progress was made.

At this point, we realized we were being gaslit. We told Vic we really shouldn't be paying for anything, but we get there are drivers costs and want at least a 50% refund as we did not get the service that was promised and what we paid so much money for. We put more pressure on them for a refund, at which point Vic started to say we got an upgraded vehicle. When I told him our photos were ruined and we were robbed of a special experience, he tried to tell me photos are usually taken from the front, which looks the same as an SUV so its fine. I kept saying we didn't get the car they said they were sending and his response was you got champagne and water and the driver so the service was provided. At this point, I said I want to speak with a manager. I had to ask at least 5 times and raise my voice before I was given the manager name. And of course...Tristan the manager wasn't there. I called today, and Tristan is now too busy to take my call. The lady I spoke with said the same thing Vic said that a service was provided. When I said the service we paid for was not provided as per our contract, she said "we have no contracts". I then proceeded to ask her why is it that if we broke something, they would charge but when they mess up they don't rectify it to which she said "well that's our policy" if you break something...but apparently following a contract is not in their policy. I insisted on speaking with Tristan, and the lady proceeded to say that Tristan is going to say the same thing and then just hung up on me.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way they run and handle their business, and I'm shocked they are still allowed to be open. After asking around, it sounds like this isn't the first time them have done this. If you want your dream wedding limo service, please avoid AM/PM!!

Do not use this company. I repeat, DO NOT use this company. If you are curious as to why, I have copied and pasted the e-mail sent to the company that was met with a reply of indifference.

On July 22, your company was hired to work as a shuttle service from Fairmont Banff Springs for a wedding. The agreement was for the shuttle to safely get people home from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am.

We had gotten outside 5 minutes after the shuttle had departed at around 1:05 am, but were told the shuttle would be back. We waited patiently until 2:40 am, at which point I decided to call the shuttle driver, Vick. Upon calling, Vick mentioned he was just finishing up and would be 30 minutes. I went to speak with some other people who were waiting, and they had indicated that they had also spoken to Vick 30 minutes before and that is what he had said 30 minutes ago. I waited a couple more minutes, but no shuttle turned up. I then spoke with more people who were waiting who had indicated that upon calling Vick, he had given the quote of 30 more minutes since around 1:30 am giving reasons such as fuelling up (which he gave to several different people at several different times, which seems odd since you likely only have to fuel up once between 1:05 and 3 am), dropping people off, just heading onto the highway, etc. Since it was now approaching 3 am, that didn’t sit right. I called again asking for a realistic quote since we’d all received the same ’30 minutes’ with no shuttle turning up 30 minutes later. I indicated that I am from the area and know that, though it does take a while to get to and from Dead Man’s Flats and Canmore, it should be reasonable for him to be back by now. He then went on to be incredibly condescending, talking over me every time I tried to speak. At this point, all I wanted was a realistic quote of how long it would take instead of another quote that it would be 30 minutes, which we did not get. Eventually around 3:45 am we quit waiting, and ordered a cab to our hotel (which at that hour was almost impossible to get, as almost no cabs were willing to take us to Harvey Heights).

This whole situation not only inconvenienced me and my family, but also a family that had a 3 year old sleeping on their laps in the cold of the evening. A few days later, I ended up coming down with pneumonia. While I’m not blaming your company for me contracting pneumonia, but sitting outside from 1:30 - 3:45 am waiting for a shuttle that was promised to be there every 30 minutes for 2 hours certainly did not help.

Being from Calgary, I have used your company often. My friends and family have also used your company and have always been impressed by your service. This experience, however, was what I would expect from an amateur company. My husband left a message with your head office about this situation, but never heard back. Before leaving a review about our experience, I wanted to reach out to your company so that you can take the necessary steps needed to ensure this never happens again. My cousin, who hired your company, paid for a shuttle until 2:30 am, which never came back to the Fairmont after leaving at 1:05. She absolutely did not get her money’s worth from your company. I will be expressing my extreme disappointment in your company to family and friends, urging them to give their business to other more deserving companies in the area.

It is my sincere hope that your company learns and grows from this situation.
