The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. It was our first time on electric bikes so the representative gave us a thorough walk around of how to operate them safely. Once on the trails, we had a wonderful experience just getting lost in the city wandering through parks with the ease and control of a hand throttle. Once we got used to the bikes and more comfortable with the speed, we tore off at a full rip a few times and were thoroughly impressed at the power these bikes deliver but also the finesse and comfort of an easy ride. When we turned the bikes in an hour early for need of sore posteriors the rep even offered us a couple of credit tickets for next time. You know we'll be back!!

What a wonderful way to see the river valley. I must say that two hours was plenty of time as I have not been on a bike in over a year. The process of renting the bike was easy and convenient. The Pedego E-bike is a joy to ride with a very comfortable seat and adjustable handlebars. Be prepared to pay for parking.

The bikes are highly maintained and equipped with the most recent technology. We travel quite a bit and love to be outside; therefore we rent e-bikes to "be with nature" yet see the city/province. This, by far, is the best bike we leased. If I saw the name internationally, I would not hesitate!

The rental assistants were excellent as they did a great job giving us the tutorial on how to ride the bikes and they were also friendly. The pedego bikes are easy to ride, comfortable and last a long time. My son and I were both riding for about 4 hours straight and not 1 bar was gone. Wow!

Thank you for your review! The batteries that we put in the Pedego Electric comfort bikes will take you approximately 80-100kms, depending upon how much you use the power.

Thanks to Covid we couldn’t do much for my wife’s Bday, so decided to rent some ebikes for the first time. Bikes are super fun, go much quicker than expected, and the store is right off one of the best pathways in the city so it’s very convenient. Definitely Recommend.

Best e-bike experience I've had riding along the Bow River; ride was effortless and very fun. Bikes were in great condition and the staff were friendly and helpful (thanks, Clarence!). Highly recommend!

In regards to the review by Mark J . My grandson and I appreciate the time the owner,Mike, has taken to resolve the problems we have had. My grandson overstepped in his review and shouldn’t have accused anyone of anything personal. My apologies. This company is doing everything in its power to honour the warranty on the bike and I would do business with them again. These are street bikes and in my opinion don’t do well on gravel roads. Once again I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience the former review may have presented. Elaine Johnston

Had a great day riding around Calgary! This shop was so great…from the father and son who helped us, the actual awesome bikes, and the fantastic location - i highly recommend! The shop is located right by the river and the start of the paved bike trail that parallels the Bow River. Hubby and I rode this trail and all

Renting e-bikes from Pedego was the
highlight of our weekend in Calgary. The
staff was very helpful and
recommended that we ride westward to
Angel's Cafe. It was a wonderful safe and
scenic ride on asphalt bike paths
separated from roads and traffic. The paths along both
sides of the river are great - we went
outbound on the south side and
returned on the north side. Highly recommended
highlight of our weekend in Calgary. The

Great way to view areas of Calgary’s river valley effortlessly in a short time. The ebikes my son and I had were well equipped and easy to learn how to ride in no time. In 2 hours we managed to travel both sides of the river East to the reservoir and even went a ways West of downtown. Much faster and more comfortable then the many scooters you see. We both had a great time and would highly recommend renting from Pedego!

Do you do any tours with electric bikes in Calgary? If so how much do they cost. We will be there on Sunday September 29th.

Electric bikes are new to Canada; we are the only Dedicated Electric Bike dealer in Alberta. There are self guided tours using various maps. We are happy to install phone holders on your bikes. Our bikes are the very best in the city because they're Pedego! #HelloFUN
