It's a decent city park that has great city views of Calgary!! There are many good photo spots, don't miss the Canada 150 years sign in this park.

Great walking paths. Beautiful trees. It has a nice playground for kids which we avoided entirely. I lived hearing the sounds of the river as we walked.

Since the park is huge, there are many neighboring places where you can park your car. You can also drive around the area of Eau Claire or Chinatown, but it won't be free. Parking in downtown Calgary can be expensive thou... More
