Always interesting as see many species of birds generally up close, educational for all ages and gives opportunity to learn and interact with natural and so many of our animals, have seen coyotes, squirrels, birds, and probably have missed others

I love this end of the park, many of the bridges, all i think, were taken out by the floods, the new ones are amazing. from the main path, which is biker/pedistrian friendly, there are lots of skinny dirt paths to explore. Just like that you are in the midst of a beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills setting. Lots of wildlife in the morning and early evening. A great part of the world class bike path system throughout Calgary.

What a gem in the city! Beautiful scenery and wildlife. We saw beavers building damns swimming up the river. Lots of trails with historical information. Easy to follow maps.

This natural area protects the Elbow River as it enters the Glenmore Reservoir, and so is a mix of woodlands, rivers, ponds, and meadows. There is an excellent paved pathway running through it, and the pathway continues north, south and east. We've been to Weaselhead Flats 3 or 4 times and we have really enjoyed or walks thru Glenmore Park to the Weasehead area. It's majestic. Fantastic walking paths & bridges. Beautiful area.

Part of one of the more expansive park areas in YYC. Circular pathways around the Glenmore Reservoir include the natural wilderness of Weaselhead park reserve. Abundant wild life and bird varieties are constantly visible. Maintenance of this park area by the city should be commended. We often walk around S. glenmore park & look down on the reservoir and Weaselhead Park. Beautiful We have also walked the pathway system around the reservoir and through the Weaselhead area ..
