We rode with RTB from Calgary for several days into the Canadian Rockies and had a great trip. The itinerary was just right for our group of forty celebrants of a class reunion. It included many beautiful places and stops for the night.
The coach was very comfortable and perfect for sightseeing and chatting amongst old friends. Our driver, Ian, was very good, expertly taking us around Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks. His commentary was very informative and even local members of our group said they learned new things. We always felt very safe when Ian was driving.

Great service from Raymond on the shuttle from Banff to downtown Calgary. Departed on time, arrived on time despite rush hour traffic. Service was friendly and helpful. Thank you

Today they had to pick me up at 11:20 outside the Moose Hotel in Banff. I was there from 11:00 to 12:00, the bus never stopped, I called the phone several times and there was a recorder saying that they were busy that they would leave a message and so I did. It seems like a terrible lack of respect, I lost 122 dollars, who will return it to me now? Will they be held responsible accordingly and will they return my money? I hope they contact me for a refund of my money

Amazing views. It was wonderful. Our guide was very informative and easy to listen to. We had multiple stops and chances to explore the area. The Atlas Mine was very interesting and historical. The Royal Tyrell Museum and area were picture perfect. I expected to see real dinosaurs walking around in the landscape! I am still in awe just thinking about this amazing place!!! I highly recommend this tour!!!

Never using this company again. Terrible and rude customer service, no option for ticket warranty like other bus companies so if you’re late for your bus by even 2 minutes there are “NO REFUNDS” as aggressively stated on the phone. Waited for 6 hours with heavy luggage for the next shuttle that never came because they don’t specify (except for the tiny writing at the very bottom of the page) that no shuttles will arrive unless other people made reservations. Absolute waste of my time and money. Customer service tip: making a customer happy once will ensure their business for life. When you refuse even the slightest of customer service, not a great look. Best of luck with this cheap business model.

Petar is an amazing your guide! He was very respectful and understanding and made the trip quite fun. I enjoyed chatting with him. He also took amazing pictures of my mother and me which captured the beauty of Banff and this trip forever!

On Sept.17/22 we went on the Calgary: Drumheller and Badlands Tour booked with GetYourGuide & supplied by RTB Tours. There were 8 persons on the tour which made it very personal. The tour covered an extensive area highlighted by Badland & Royal Tyrrell Museum. The driver, tour guide Ian was knowledgeable, friendly & humorous. A delicious picnic lunch was provided.There is only one thing I would change about the tour. Too much time was spent at Atlas coal mine. The wait for the tour was too long. That time could have been spent at the museum.
In conclusion the tour was excellent & a great way to see Alberta.

This tour was well planned and executed. There is not much to complain about.Everything went well from start to end. The tour guide was knowledgeable, courteous and approachable. He conducted the tour with great professionalism.

DO you have tour to Drumheller and Badland on 20 July for 1 adult? I would like to ask if I need to arrive at the airport before 20:00 to take my shuttle to Banff, would the this tour suitable for me? Thanks! Miranda

For this tour to depart, we require a minimum of 4 paid guests and so far no one has booked this date. You may want to check back in a few weeks.

we will be in Calgary for one day on a stopover. we would like to do a half day city tour of the major attractions. cant seem to find a suitable tour. we are staying at the international hotel on May 7th and 8th but only available for tour on 8th, thank you.

Hello, thank you for your question. We do operate year round however we do require a minimum of 4 paid guests before our trips depart. At this time i have no one booked for March 17 to Banff, How many in your party?

Hi JoAnn,
It appears that you made the booking through Viator. You will need to go through Viator for any cancellation requests as we cannot process this through our end seeing as you did not book directly through us.
Our bus is not wheelchair accessible, but as long as you can walk onto the bus this will not be a problem at all! We have room to store your wheelchair and the steps are not too steep (there's also a sturdy side rail).

Will u pick up and drop off at my hotel?
Hi there,
First off, my apologies for the late response! If you are staying at the Delta Bow Valley, International, Westin, or the Sheraton Eau Claire hotel downtown, we will pick you up at no charge before our XperienceCalgary city tour begins. This occurs for both the 10:00am and 12:00pm tour. We will then drop you off at the Calgary Tower at the end of the tour.
We are also providing a downtown shuttle service for the following NE Hotels near the airport: Hilton Garden Inn, Sandman Hotel & Suites, Marriott Courtyard, Hampton Inn & Suites, Country Inn & Suites, Ramada Plaza, and Sheraton Cavalier. You can go to our website to reserve a seat, and this shuttle is round trip, dropping all guests off and picking them up from the Calgary Tower to go back to the hotels.

How long is the hop on/off tour and what is the wait time between buses?

Hi there,
It takes approximately 3 hours to complete the Heritage Line. (which is the main line) Buses are available for pick up at attractions every 2 hours, and you will find a sign posted at each attraction indicating when the next pick up times are. Hope to see you on our tour soon!

The price for the hop on-hop off city tour is $40.00/adult. Your ticket will be valid for 24 hours, so you could ride around all day, or even come back in the morning for a second trip!
We recommend booking in advance, and you can also do this on our website, it is very fast and easy! Alternatively, please give us a call at 1 855 595 1855.
