THE LAST VOYAGE OF DONALD CROWHURST!
Another excellent production from ATP!
Starring David Van Belle, Geoffrey Ewert, Braden Griffiths, Vanessa Sabourin,
and Matthew McKinney!!
Outstanding special effects and technology telling the true story of an
international sailing race around the world.
This play re-iterates the quality of production during the 14-15 season.
Take advantage of this impressive Live Production Company in the YYC
Theatre of the Arts.

I love to take in cultural events when I travel so jumped at the chance to see this play which chronicals a true life nautical tale from the 1960's. It was fantastic. Gripping from start to finish and the multimedia staging really delivered. We went to sea and we became intimately involved with Crowhurst's home life too. The filmakers involved in this production were brilliant, as were the actors. This was a coproduction with Ghost River Theatre - who are those guys - they rock!

I'm not really into the kinds of productions they put on, but they are usually really good and I enjoy seeing them. They have great actors who enjoy what their doing and I have a good time there. This is a great place for all ages, but young kids would enjoy it more than teens, I think.

I went to an opening of their new play on October 18 and it was great. Every seat can see the play unobstructed, great acoustics and after the show we were served sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres ...oh yeah, the actors came out to mingle with the crowd too. Great evening!

We've been season ticket holders for a few years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. As stated in in other reviews, this is not mainstream theatre as a rule and therefore will not appeal to everyone's taste. But then again, what form of art does? Last year was great, the current season, not so much, but next season looks like a good lineup. While I would definitely recommend ATP, the seasons seem to be hit or miss so perhaps it's time for a new Artistic Director.

We attend alot of theatre. Alberta Theatre Project is slightly more experimental than Theatre Calgary,. Theatre Junction is more daring than Alberta Theatre Projects.

Saw 'What happens next' as part of the High Performance Rodeo. Great theatre- don't think there are any bad seats- really liked the view from the first balcony.

Great theatre troup with fabulous cast of actors, excellent playwrights, amazing props, backdrops and costumes. I highly recommend you go and support our creative Calgarian actors so they can springboard to other opportunities.
