Yesterday's Auto Gallery & Sylv's Retro Diner invites you back in time to explore the mesmerizing beauty of vintage cars. We're Canada's Largest Classic Car Collection open to the public. The gallery and diner are open from 10 am to 5 pm, Wednesday to Saturday. Nestled at 8707 51 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5H1, we house over 110 classic vehicles from 1926 to today! We offer both online and in-person ticket purchases, ensuring convenience and accessibility to all. As a not-for-profit entity, we preserve the love and legacy of classic cars for generations to come. Every visit to our gallery contributes to this noble cause. Sylv’s Retro Diner offers daily specials, classic diner fare, and Edmonton’s best burgers & shakes. Admission is not required to visit the diner, but there is a fee to see the car museum. Our diner is named after someone we lost a few years ago. She will always be remembered as a gentle and beautiful soul, with a sense of humor and a witty personality.

Best Car Museum!
Great selection of vehicles to view and learn about! One of the best interior car museums we have gone to. We will definitely be back! Make sure to eat at the diner as well! So good!

Amazing!
My brother loves old cars so we decided to do a little celebration at Yesterday’s Auto Gallery and eat at Slyv’s Dinner (which has amazing burgers!) When we walked in we were greeted by an amazing gentleman I wish we had gotten his name. He was so friendly and chatted with us so much. He made the the experience there so great. We can’t wait to go back again.

Nice Collection
We wandered through slowly and took about 1 and a half hours. Was disappointed that the cars weren’t roped off so that we could walk around each one and get a better peak inside. Also they were double parked in some rows which made it hard to see the cars that were in the back. Otherwise it was a decent way to see some nice vehicles.

Went to the 51st ave. location Sunday to view autos only to find they were not open. Sign said they were open from ten to six every other day. Drove back over Monday to be told by one of their employees that they were also closed Monday. Drove out past a sign on the front lawn that had a ten foot long sign stating they were open as well.
Perhaps, if and when they can come to grips as to if they are open or not I might pass by that way again some day. Certainly not an indicator of a well run business.

Yesterday's Auto Gallery

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit to Yesterday's Auto Gallery. We understand your frustration, and we would like to address your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that our operating hours are clearly stated on our website and other communication channels. Our summer hours, which are in effect from June 5th, are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. Secondly, there is no ten-foot sign on our front lawn stating that we are open when we are not. Rest assured, we strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to our customers. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future, thanks!

Definitely worth visiting all year round

Amazing place with a fantastic selection of classic cars. All of the team there were super friendly and welcoming. Randy get 10/10 points from us after giving us a tour and being so nice to us all. The 50’s style dinner attached to the gallery was a welcoming place to take a brake and enjoy one of the best milkshake’s I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Very nice just wish some cars had more info

The cars are all very beautiful and the information boards by some of the cars are very interesting but I wish there was a few more information board. The food is very good and the gift shop has most of the things you’d want just a little disorganized.

So many great cars and nice to see some WW2 military equipment for DDay. Staff loved talking about history of the cars. Marshall was super helpful, he rocks!
