About
Expect the unexpected! Our Dinner Theatre features a three act musical comedy, with a multi-course meal served by our character servers. You'll start with salad, move on to one of our amazing entrees, and end with your choice of two desserts. It's a live show so anything can happen. Play along and the actors might just include you in the act! Each show features both classic and modern hit songs - we dare you not to sing along.

    Great Value- Dinner and Show
The value I thought was on point. If you get the adults passes through Costco ( $110+ tax) combined with a couple of kids tickets and a senior ( my mom) it made for a fantastic evening of entertainment and food. All for around $250.00 - not including drinks. We were entertained for almost 4 full hours and well fed; not a lot of venues these days that can accomplish this ( bowling, golf, go karts, or simply a nice meal at a restaurant). My raving review I think comes done to realistic expectations based on cost. Were the performers going to be sell out stand alone artists... no. Did they provide good vocals, a funny story and good entertainment... most definitely. Our 6 year old and 4 year old LOVED seeing the live performance. The shows may be a bit cheesy and obvious but I still found myself bobbing along to the music and laughing along the way. If you like dinner and a show, or even the idea of it, this is a great place to try out. Servers were attentive, performance kept all age ranges entertained and the atmosphere was nice ( Sunday evening). We liked it enough, we booked back to back weekends, since a new show was debuting after attending last weekend. Looking forward to Summer of '69 on Sunday.
BrendonD03, Thank you so much for the review! It's great to hear you enjoyed your experience and we are beyond excited to hear you came back for Summer of '69. We hope the second performance met or even exceeded the first experience and we get to see you again for another show in the future!

Fun evening with poor sound system
Our party of four went to "Jubilations" to celebrate my birthday and relied on the telephone advice of the staff in the selection of our table - "my favourite" according to her. This proved to be a false statement as we were placed at a table right next to the servers' coffee and plates table off to the left of the stage. The sound system and acoustics in the room were less than professional and we went through the three acts of the play really not understanding most of what was spoken or sung! The Floor Manager Adam expressed his regret but could not find us another more suitable table. He did however provide us with a complimentary beverage of our choice - a nice touch which was much appreciated. The table service of the food was friendly, quirky and efficient, although the delivery of drinks for the main course arrived after we had finished eating! The food was a very pleasant surprise with our group enjoying all of the three entrees on offer: chicken, beef and prime rib. The show, notwithstanding we couldn't understand very much due to the poor sound system and acoustics, was great fun and the actors conveyed a sense of happiness and a desire to entertain. We'd go back to this theatre but only if they address the sound system and acoustics of the room.
ian n, First, I must apologize for the disappointing experience you had. This is far from the level of standard to aim to give at Jubilations and it upsets me that we let you down, especially on your birthday. Can you please send me some more information regarding your reservation so I can follow up with my tech and rest of the team to make sure this doesn't happen again? (Contact information, date you came to the show, etc) Thanks so much. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Marissa Dingle corpsales.edm@jubilations.ca

A nice evening out with my wonderful friends.
Table service was non-existent after the first order for a round of drinks. I should mention that I did get the attention of a "cast" who was only interested in calling attention to himself loudly and anyone who waved at him, but did nothing to help with service, he just made unnecessary NOISE in an attempt to embarrass!. Yeesh! Two hours later, I managed to flag down someone who looked like our server. Finally after two hours, I was served a second glass of wine at $14.00 per 8 oz. to enjoy with my meal. Really, at $14.00 per 8 oz, why is not someone serving at least every 30 minutes? I'm a good cash grab LOL! Hey, I'm out for an evening for dinner and show. We left the theatre at 10 30 pm after the show. Food was wonderful! Show was well done given the circumstances of "Elvis'" Step In having to fill in due to illness. Louise Duff has a voice that the In House Sound System did not properly honor - her voice and range can do magic beyond Jubilations! My first time at Jubilations, and also thought that the audience can be so much more respectful to the on stage characters and performances. Too much disrespectful noise!

My wife and I enjoyed the performance of the Wedding Singer, the service and the meal on the night of July 15, 2023 at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton. The only disappointment was arriving to find out that we were not a table of 2, but we were sitting directly beside a group of 4 people we did not know. I feel that we were not made aware of his when booking and thus took away our opportunity for a private night with my wife. So, either go with a group of 6-8 people or expect to sit with people unfamiliar to you. The Mayfield Dinner Theatre has betting seating opportunities for couples and thus will be our next choice if going by ourselves.

the cast and play momma Mia was great!
the food not so much [salad was ok, way too long between salad and main course - roasted potatoes were dry and plain, fish ok but very salty, chicken was pretty good - dessert was the best part]
but overall a good night out.
would have appreciated a schedule in the program - if we would have known dinner wouldn't have been served till after 7:30 we would have gone out for appetizers before hand

Such a great show! We were a group of 12. Every single one of us enjoyed the show immensely. The singing, dancing and acting were incredible. It was so funny too! Loved it so much that I am going again on Saturday with my son.

The show itself was great but the service from our server was absolutely horrible. They forgot about our drink orders and we had to flag multiple servers down until we actually got served a drink- 45 mins later. Didn’t see our server until it was time to pay.

Easy to book and great organisation once at the venue. Tables were well set up and with a pretty good view of the stage.
Perfectly-timed organisation/delivery of food, drink, show & final payment (drinks) throughout the evening.
Show was cheesy, but fun with great singing. My only concern here was the slightly ‘raunchy’ activities of one actor directly in front of school-age children!
The food was ok. The starter and the dessert were good however the main left a lot to be desired. There was little meat on the ribs and a lesson is definitely needed in creating ‘roast’ potatoes!
Would we go again? Yep, probably.

Most of the performers had very strong voices and performed the music of ABBA very well. I would suggest that perhaps everyone should be fed around the same time as we had to wait until the first half of the performance was over before we were given our main meal. It is a royal pain to be asked to pay at the end of the performance for any alcohol as it was already 10 pm - bring cash! I would edit the collection of table napkins by one of the staff members by stuffing in his clothing - gross. Over $15.00 for one glass of wine was a little much.

Dinner Theatre, musicals, etc is something I typically am not into, but I thought I would give it a go with my family. I had a fantastic time. The folks that seated and served us were all part of the act (which itself was a lot of fun), and everyone really added to the evening. There was quite a number of selections for food and drink and all was done really well. Service was great. Act was well paced and fun. We went mid week and I was surprised as to how full it was. I would book again.

A wonderful date night! The atmosphere was very cool with amazing food. The servers and ushers are part of the act, which keeps things interesting the whole night. We watched The Office, a fabulous story line and super funny! The cast was fabulous!
