Night hawk

This is a multi seasonal area. In the winter it's a mini skirt hill that also offers tubing. In summer enjoy mountain biking or hiking the hills.

Nitehawk has an excellent MTB bike park during the spring/summer months. Shuttle runs in the early/late part of the season, chairlift running during the main season. In the last 2 years the trail crew has turned it up with both new trails and improvements to the existing trails. Great atmosphere and trails to suit those new to park riding and... More

Nitehawk's not going to wow you. If you can ski or ride half decent it's a 60 second ride to the bottom. There's one chairlift, and one t-bar. And there is a pretty good terrain park with more boxes/rails than I'd expect for a hill this size, and a couple small jumps, and medium jumps too. My favourite part of... More

We are avid skiers and spend 4 days per week at Nitehawk. Lots of variety with the runs to challenge skiers and snowboarders. Excellent lessons. Well patrolled by CSPS, Lounge food is excellent. Service slows a bit when the lounge is full. Great local hill.

I grew up in Grovedale and I have enjoyed skiing at Nitehawk for many years. Recently, I was given the fantastic opportunity to work there and what I learned is that the Nitehawk staff members are a family who work together to give the customers the best experience that they can. They take their jobs seriously and they care about... More

Sure Nitehawk may be small and in a region thats about as flat as a pancake, but that also gives it its broad appeal.. For one, you get a lot of locals who come year after year giving it a more family friendly vibe. Another benefit is that you don't have to brave all sorts of dangerous mountain passes in... More
