This hike was our favorite in our entire trip to the Canadian Rockies. We only saw one other person the entire hike. The trail is a pleasant uphill walk along a creek with several waterfalls. The parking area is not signed but it's south of the Beauty Creek Hostel, GPS coordinates: (52.328558, -117.330614). We did it in about an hour... More

Beautyful and easy walk beside streaming water and different falls every few hundreds meter. Th highest fall mark the end of the real beauty short walk in wild area with no visitors.

Access to this short hike is near the Beauty Creek hostel but on the opposite side of the highway. The parking lot is not well signed and so is easy to miss. The hike is about 4.5 km with little elevation gain. It is suitable for young families or those with folks less inclined to strenuous hiking but does not... More

I'm hesitant to comment on this, because I'm selfish and want to keep this a hidden gem! First off, the disclaimer! This is an unofficial trail, as such there are no guard rails, no improved trail and no people. Be aware of your surroundings and where you step. I went with a group of 4. This is not a difficult... Whauwh what a place, short hike to 7 of the most beautyfull waterfals. One of the most beautyfull places in Jasper National Parc. Most people drive past this hike, don't, stop, take approx 1 1/2 hour and do the walk!

This is also known as the Beauty Creek/Stanley Falls trail. The first thing to know is that this is NOT an official Parks Canada trail, which is why there are no signs for the hike from the road and also no guardrails on the trail. If you're driving south from Jasper, there is a small (room for less than 10... More

This was our favorite hike! This is not well marked and as previous reviewers stated, it is 87 km south of Jasper on the left side of the road. There is just a small hiking sign. There are no rails along the edges of the canyons and falls, so our teenagers loved it and so did my husband and I.... More

They don't call it Beauty Creek for nothing! Short easy hike along Beauty Creek and up along to Stanley Falls. Anyone could do the hike, just be wary that if you have little ones the path goes right up to the edge of the rock faces and the spray from the waterfalls can make the rocks slippery. You will also... More

As mentioned, the trail head was not marked but look out for the hostel and it's just past that if you are coming from Jasper. Easy gradual uphill hike beside the canyon. Watch your footing so not recommended for kids or off leash dogs. Felt like finding a hidden gem as we only saw 2 other people in peak season.

This trailhead is very hard to find. It's about an hour South of Jasper on the East side of the highway. I would ask for exact directions before going out as there is no sigh telling you where to go. The hike starts off of the old highway and wanders up the mountain along many little waterfalls. The climb is... More
