It was a real pleasure to travel to the Glaciers on the Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure. All of our drivers were knowledgeable and added to the excitement and enrichment of the experience. We were fortunate to have Egan as our driver. He kept things light and interesting. He got us to the Glacier safely and provided great tips for how to enjoy ourselves out on the ice. Our family of four felt right at home. The little one, aged three, had the best time throughout the icefield and on the skywalk.

Are return driver Hans made wonderful jokes with what would have been a full ride bake making jokes of fountains of youth and I would honestly suggest him to others. Btw this review was supposed to be made a year ago but I couldn't get to it.

The glacier ice walk is a unique experience and it's definitely worth going. The Columbia icefield is remarkable but is quickly disappearing. For the ice field to form again we might have to wait for another ice age. The glacier water was drinkable and very refreshing. It's natural spring water that helps you clean your body! We were allowed to be on the ice for 30 minutes. The temperature was about 4 or 5 degrees on the ice. We bought the glacier explorer and sky walk combo ticket. But the skywalk was not as impressive as we imagined. It did not give us the adventurous feeling, and it was a long walk and very hot. The little kid was bored and thirsty. If you want an adventure walking above canyons, I would recommend Golden sky bridge.

It was an interesting, well-spent day. Our Brewster driver, Katie, and host “C” did a great job taking care of us. Our Ice Explorer driver, Ness, did a fabulous job maneuvering our vehicle to see the glacier.

This was one of our favorite tours we’ve done this trip. After a confusing start not knowing we were supposed to go ahead and walk down the hall way at our appointed time (not just us, but about 15 other people), we got the n a comfortable tour bus which took us ti a drop off point where we loaded onto the e of the ice field buses. The drivers of both buses were very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were slowed 20 minutes to wonder around a predetermined area to take pictures. The driver was available to answer any questions we might have. We would recommend this tour.
