Not your typical hotel art gallery
This is not your typical hotel art gallery. I was very much impressed with the variety of works by excellent Canadian artists. Every turn you made throughout the gallery provided a new experience as you are introduced to the next piece of art. Bravo!

    Beautiful Art
We had a 2 hour water color painting class from Wendy. She is a great instructor. I have never painted before and I left the class feeling I could complete something simple. the gallery has beautiful exhibits, nice to visit.

    Fabulous experience
Excellent customer service, wonderful selection of art across the gallery locations. I recently purchased two pieces - one a commission. They made a series of digital installations for me showing each piece in my room - made the decision a snap. I absolutely love the pieces I purchased. Would heartily recommend.

We were not pleased with our room, "Partial View of Lake" It was very musty smelling. The room was a nice size and clean. Towels need replaced. We did tell the front desk and they apologized, and we should asked to be moved but didn't. That was our only negative experience. All staff members were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The main hotel, lobby and restaurant was beautiful. Food was fantastic! The grounds are very nice (some construction going on) and spectacular views!! We would return, but would stay in the main lodge. We are now at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, AMAZING!

This is our 2nd visit to JPL in autumn and each time we have enjoyed the spa. Let's face it, the experience is only as good as the masseuse/masseur that you are fortunate enough to have for your treatment. My spouse and I both received 5-star treatment from Alexander today, each receiving 90-minute treatments that released tension, untied muscle knots and soothed aching joints. His technique is exceptional, and I say that having had massages from Hong Kong (Conrad Hilton) to Berlin (also at the Hilton). The spa staff are engaging and professional, and the setting is peaceful and spotlessly clean. Even if you're not staying at JPL, make a reservation at the spa and treat yourself to a health-filled experience. Oh, you can have a couples massage too if that's your preferred format.

Stashed away in the glorious landscape of Jasper National Park, lies the rustic Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the jagged mountains and glistening lakes. Set on 700 dramatic acres, the Jasper is a wilderness domain endowed with pristine nature and abundant wildlife with outdoor activities aplenty. It is also outfitted with luxurious amenities the likes of: an invigorating outdoor, yearly heated pool, star-studded cuisine, a complete heath-club and a splendid spa.

Ah the spa.........the Spa at the Jasper Lodge. A 10,000 square foot pampering sanctuary that includes 10 treatment rooms, 2 couples rooms for a romantic vibe, rain showers, hydrotherapy baths and a comprehensive array of incredible spa experiences which promote a time to breath, dream ,reflect and otherwise be pampered. The Spa itself is inspired by the natural elements of Jasper Park and is designed to reflect the fresh air, evergreen forest, mountain vistas and the rushing waters that surrounds it. Revitalizing spa experiences include a variety of signature body therapies such as the Honey & Ginger ritual (sounds like a recipe), the Forest therapy or the infamous, Jasper Wrap. The Brightening Facial will bring brilliance to your face and not to forget, at this spa, men are not forgotten, with the inclusion of the Gentlemans' facial. There are remedies for sore muscles and joints via specialized spa programs but I choose the Active Outdoorsman package which is a deep tissue massage combined with a Gentlemans facial.....what a body treat.....now I'm all revitalized up to chase the moose again.

So, if you are seeking a pampering spa experience with all the time in the world to breathe deep, reflect and take in the nature all around you.......then try the................
.......Spa @ the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge..........Unwind, Rejuvenate and Take In the Wild Beauty.

Had the most relaxing morning at the JPL spa. A massive thank you to Maya and Rabih for their incredible service. So kind, friendly and welcoming. They showed us around and made sure we had nothing short of a perfect morning!

This was my first time to a spa and it was a gift for my birthday. I didn't know what to expect going in and left with a mediocre feeling. I received the 90 minute Jasper Wrap with a 30 minute back treatment add on. The time was relaxing and flew by. It was nice to not have any talking while the treatment was going on. I regularly get massages and it was nice to have something different. However, although relaxed, I really didn't get what the fuss is all about and why it cost $400 plus 18% gratuity plus taxes. I don't get the automatic gratuity and why 18%. Is the cost not high enough in the first place? It really seems overpriced and overrated. Everyone was pleasant but I just don't see the value.

This is a really lovely spa with very nice lounge to relax in if you arrive early (coffee, tea and snacks available) as well as showers, steam room and sauna to enjoy before or after. If you have the option to choose your massage therapist, I would highly recommend Jay - I've had hundreds of massages throughout my life, and his was without question the best.

I've been to this spa before and had a nice experience. This time was during COVID so things were a bit different but I wanted to treat myself. I had the Neroli blossom treatment. I really enjoyed it, I wish I had booked the longer one! The woman who did my treatment was nice and friendly and did a very good job. I left feeling great and it was just what I needed. I look forward to going again soon - when all of the amenities are open again.
