Our kids and some instructors from Marmot Basin enjoyed the ice hockey field, while I enjoyed the view on the mountains. Especially beautiful with sunset.

Hiked the Pyramid Bench route. Super peaceful hiking through the snow covered trees. This is a moderate hike with a fair amount of elevation change but it was absolutely worth the effort.

We love this area. It was breathtakingly beautiful on the 2 ocations we visited both times in winter. we find it to be a wonderful place for a family walk and play in the snow.

Great place to ice skate, dog sled, snowshoe or just hike. Pristine mountain scenery. There is a lodge with a restaurant on the lake. A separate private business also offers horse drawn carriage rides.

We love driving up to this lake. You can go boating on the lake, check out the island, use the hiking trails, there are a few beaches as well. You'll definitely see some wildlife on your way up here too.

In the summer you can canoe or hike have a picnic on the island. In the winter there are horse sleigh rides and skating on Pyramid lake. The overlander hike is a must has great views. Many varied hikes you can do in that area.

There are places to park along the Patricia Lake road. If you go further on to Pyramid Lake there is also parking close to the resort there. Lots of trails everywhere.
