It qas beautiful, well kept and a wonderful relaxing experience. I did expect a bit more and felt a bit underwhelmed but it was still wonderful. Wish i learned a bit more and got to see more bit still a great see!

Not only is the Nikka Yuko garden a wonderful restful place to visit in the summer thru fall, but during Christmas the light show is spectacular. For a nominal fee people can walk thru the gardens during the evening hours and see over Mount Fuji...More

Try to go when there is snow adorning the trees during the Winter Lights festival in December through February. Snow really enhances the whole experience. The walk is easy. Be sure to dress warm, i.e. wear layers for cold weather!

This is a fabulous time to visit the gardens. They do a superb job year after year. We cannot wait to go again this year once there is more snow.

We have gone back to the Nikko Yuko Japanese gardens many times at different ties of the the different seasons. We take friends there several times. We were just there to see all the beautiful Christmas lights...awesome a must to see
