- Golfer lady11 contributionsA fun challengeThis golf is spectacular but not for the faint of heart! This course requires a cart because of the up and down and hitting from cliff to cliff. Cool. My wrap that I had wasn't the best I've had, but I don't go for the food! Greens were able to hold the ball, and it really didn't break as much as you would think. Fairways were lovely when you hit it in the correct spot. Plan your shots and you will not lose a bucket of balls. I would go back in a heartbeat. If you play from the tips, you had better be accurate!Wow!! It is long but wide open making it a bit easier for us differs your do fairly well there. The scenery is fantasti. Lake view and mountains on all holes. After the round the restaurant served up a great meal. There is a property development there which is being developed in a very orderly manner. Been here twice now. Great golf course. Got lucky both times with no wind.
Tough layout so make sure you use the correct tees. The restaurant is very good also.

What a treat. This is one of the nicest courses we have ever played. Not for beginners. Lay out along Kamloops lake, visible from all holes. The course was in great condition, missing a fairway is half a penalty as there is thick rough right away. The reason? Just next to the rough is no go area, lost ball, so the rough does help rather than punish. Anyway, great lay out, a few blind shots, but the gos and the scorecard give good directions. Bust, as the course is only open 6 months a year, but a must play if you are around. Good pro shop, breakfast from 7 am, great restaurant too. Buggy bar on the course, you onky have to hit the ball. Fore!

I played this course because it is the 8th best courses in Canada according to Golf Digest. This is indeed a beautiful course, but I have played courses 1 thru 4 and the spectacularness must fall off pretty quickly somewhere between #4 to 8. I wound up playing in a local pick-up game with a bunch of local fellows and they were very welcoming. It's true: Canadian really are friendly! Beware the wind on this course. Everything is top notch.

What a great place to golf. If you're looking for a easy to play course don't go here, but if your looking for a course that will challenge your skill, that is fair and in remarkable shape then this is the place for you. The pace of play was average, the food is fantastic. I've played here 4 times now and will travel from out of province to play here again.

Stopped in for breakfast after we left Kamloops. Whoo Hoo the views are amazing, the golf course is the Best, the food and customer service from Karen S. was excellent

This golf is spectacular but not for the faint of heart! This course requires a cart because of the up and down and hitting from cliff to cliff. Cool. Tobiano is a true gem! We have golfed at many amazing courses but what sets Tobiano apart are their outstanding people.
Dave at the Pro Shop made our entire experience memorable. From the moment we walked in, Dave was so accommodating, friendly, patient and always had a smile. He was such a pleasure to deal with and was so informative. My mother had a million questions and Dave was so kind in answering all of them.
It was our first time at Tobiano and will certainly not be the last! Thanks Dave for your top notch service and making our experience special. The 2.5 hour drive was definitely worth it!
