We camped at Lac le Jeune with our tent last summer and really enjoyed it. There is a nice lakefront area where you can sit with your beach chair and read a book and relax. The water as great for swimming as the water was fairly clear which I like. The only drawback to Lac le Jeune is the fact... More

I have moved to this area, it is very peaceful, locals are very friendly and helpful. The lake has a speed limit of 10km, so with not speed boats etc, the kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding is great in the summer, shoe showing, cross country skiing for Winter (a hidden gem for all these activities). There is no store so bring... More

Lac Le Jeune is one of the greatest provincial campsite in BC. The lake is pristine, and I would be surprised if you didn't see a moose.

Great place to escape and spend the day kayaking, canoeing, fishing, Boats, paddles etc can be hired from Lac Le Joune Resort. Alternatively sit and watch the birds, beavers, otters and stars from the lake side. Peaceful day out in the countryside and not too far from town.

Went camping here. Weather was poor but the park is fabulous. Great camping sites and if in the off season, no reservations needed. Will be back again as it was a beautiful camp ground with reasonable prices.

Lac le Jeune is one of our regular kayaking destinations. We love going under the bridge to the little lake on the other side. Trying to see if we can get lost in the reed beds is a favourite activity. You can also get up close and personal with a Beaver Lodge....not too close though or you may be greeted... More

We live in Kamloops and this is lake is only a short drive away. It has a nice little beach area, dog friendly beach section, canoe, kayak and stand up paddle rentals. There is a dock that you can walk out on and fish as well. Flushing toilets and change room. Everything you need to spend a pleasurable day at... More

Just a mere 20 minute drive west of Kamloops, lovely Lac le Jeune is a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy! The lake is gorgeous, has a swimming area, has a dock for fishermen, or one can launch a boat for water activities. There are picnic tables scattered around for anyone's use. You can rent a canoe at... More
