Great customer service, no hassle rental, variety of boats to choose from... I would reccommend this company! We run out of gas close to the marina and one of the boys delivered fuel quickly to us with a smile!

Excellent Service and Terrific Facility

Stopped for fuel with our 35’ Formula and had the pleasure of dealing with Kaiden. He was quick with the lines and very helpful to make sure we docked without damaging the boat! Fast friendly service; we will definitely be back!

The owner and staff were very friendly. The boat was reliable and safe and they ensured we knew how to operate. A bit of a drive from Kelowna but worth it. I would highly recommend Okanagan Lake Boat Rentals.

Not a very responsive company, have emailed them 5 times called, sent text, messenger and IG for charges made to my credit card even though the booking was cancelled a month prior

All I wanted was what they promised me

In July we rented a boat with friends and a few family members. Renting the boat was easy and the young man that dropped the boat off was extremely nice. He explained that there was a bit of a fuel pump issue but that once you "pushed through it", the boat would be ok. Shortly after leaving the wake-free zone, we realized it was a bigger issue than just "push through it". My wife called them and they tried to make it right by offering us a free tube rental. We decided that we did not want to take the boat back at that time and that we would just putter around the lake at 5 miles an hour for our 4 hours. When we got back the young man suggested we call the owner/operator which we did. He said he would give us a 75% discount if we gave him a positive review on tripadvisor which we did as we assumed that this would get dealt with. After several unanswered emails, phonecalls, text messages, and the odd "run-around" where one person would blame the other person for our lack of refund, we decided to call the BBB in November. At that point, we got a message from Trent (owner-operator) stating that they would offer us what they had originally promised plus an additional 25% off our next rental to make this right. This is all that we wanted as we were excited to get this done and sorted. However, after several unanswered emails, phonecalls (straight to voice mail), and text messages, we have yet to see our refund. So 8 months later and we are still yet to receive what they decided they would give us. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of our time. Personally, I will never rent from this place again as once they have your money they are impossible to deal with as their customer service is brutal! Rent elsewhere!
