Our Escape Room is a type of physical and intellectual adventure game in which a team of players are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. Game Masters are introduced to direct the flow of the game play throughout to add a hint of drama and boldness to the story. Our Virtual Reality Arcade is the First of its kind in Canada, where you can experience the newest form of entertainment. Utilizing the power of the Top of the Line PC Equipment, we deliver relentless performance at the power of your fingertips. Experience worlds like no other before, Virtual Reality brings immersive worlds for you in the palm of your hands.

We (two of us) were staying overnight in town so we decided to check them out since they advertised they do not use lock and combos (a pet peeve). Not quite as immersive as some places (many are not) but did appreciate how hey didn't use locks.
We did the Fallen Kingdom, supposedly the hardest. We did use hints a couple of times and probably went over time by 2 minutes or so but we did beat it. Most of the puzzles are good and challenging. Only a couple of puzzles required the hints to know how to even begin (not as logical looking at it as the other puzzles).
The staff was friendly. The check-in process was pleasant. The whole experience was great. The price was reasonable especially since it was for 60-minutes (most are 45-minutes). We appreciated the unlimited hints because they want players to have fun and not get too frustrated. We also appreciate having the whole game to ourselves even though there was only two of us. Many places would combine people together (though not sure during this COVID season) or pay extra for exclusivity.
If you're in town and need something to do, check them out.

It is so amazing to hear you had such an exciting time challenging yourself in our hardest escape room the fallen kingdom at Xperience Kelowna. We hope that if you are ever in town again that you will be able to try our other escape rooms. You may have conquered our hardest real life escape room but we have many more VR escape rooms for you to try that will give you a great challenge sometime in the future.

My 9 yer old son and I had very good experiences here. We both played the "Mechanic" VR first .. he learned a lot about what it takes to keep a vehicle running!
I switched to the "Mt. Everest" experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. VERY realistic filming .. only lacked -40C, high winds and blowing snow! It was actually quite amazing to take those last few steps to the summit and plant your VR flag .. can't imagine how they could make it more realistic and actually a bit moving. Very well done.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoy going to Xperience. We have done almost every room and it's always a blast. Trevor, who works the front, always makes the experience fun and exciting. He has exceptional customer service and always makes it interesting. I'm sure he has told the origin story for each room a million times but you would never know it! He explains it with such pizzazz it's like it's the first time he has told it. The room are always fun and we like that it's tech based. We definitely recommend!

This is the first time I ever done an escape room and oh my god it was the highlight of our entire trip. We did the Mayan theme room and it was a little bit spooky but manageable. The ambient in the room was extremely well done and all the gadget based puzzle was challenging but still reasonable. They even offer us a free demo of Virtual reality Arcade afterwards! Will be back for sure.

This was my second time back to this place. I came with a different, smaller group this time, and so decided to take a crack at the less difficult 'Galaxy Defenders' room. Just like 'Rise of Itzamna' the puzzles are all very tech-based and quite intuitive [and difficult towards the end]. Chris was as awesome as he was last time [he may have had to bail us out of a couple puzzles because we broke the puzzle and/or were just plain bad ;)] I'm especially impressed at how the place has implemented many new health measures to protect their players, allowing them to reopen. I saw that the place also does virtual escape rooms, combining the concept of escape rooms with the tech of virtual reality. The current setup was located in the world of Assassin's Creed, which might appeal to some players, but not so much myself. I look forward to stopping by again in the future and checking out either another escape room or trying out a virtual escape room if available (crosses fingers for Mass Effect theme).

During the pandemic they have gone above and beyond to create and run a virtual escape room that can be done over a ZOOM call. We had a great experience even through minor technical difficulties. Highly recommend playing if you're looking for a safe activity to do while social distancing.

We stumbled upon this place by accident and were blown away. Significantly better than the other local competitor. These rooms were interactive, creative, and fun. Everything felt authentic. The puzzles were clever, relevant-to-theme, and light years beyond the plain combination locks used in other escape rooms. We were thoroughly entertained and couldn't help but come back for more... and more... and more! Perfect for families and friends. THIS is what an escape room should be.

Chris showed us a great time. 3 first timers with Virtual Reality, and not gamers. We had a blast. We played as a team of four, blasting zombies, and other crazy characters. Exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a great time!

A friend and I did the Fallen Kingdom escape room and had a blast. The puzzles were challenging - I almost lost my mind near the end - but still quite solvable. Made it out with like 3 minutes left. The employee was super friendly and even let us have a quick VR demo. Chris, you are the G.O.A.T.! 10/10 would go again.
