This wine tour was nothing short of perfection. Our driver Sach was kind, caring, and did everything in his power to make the experience as memorable and fun as possible. We had the opportunity to visit 6 wineries throughout the afternoon and had enough time to enjoy our tasting and explore the properties - all at an affordable price. The company is clearly focused on safety during these unprecedented times, and it made us feel secure knowing that we can enjoy our visit while following the recommended precautionary steps. It is without a doubt that the next time I do a wine tour in the Okanagan region it will be through Vivid. Thank you again for this lovely experience.

I just returned from a trip out in Kelowna where I had an opportunity to try out a dry-run of a wine and craft beer tour hosted by Vivid Tours recently while they work towards getting established in time for the Spring 2020 season. From the meticulous details of my pickup to the facts i learned about the wine industry and the selected wineries we visited, every detail was considered. I think these guys are going to provide an exceptional tour experience to everyone, I can't wait to try another tour when I return to Kelowna again later this year.

We were a small group and had so much fun together. Each winery on the Lake Country tour taught me something I didn’t know before, as well as sampling really good wines. I would recommend this tour and as a local, will be looking to book their other tours when we have company this summer. So nice not to have to worry about driving.

We just finished the "Scenic Sip" wine tour experience with Vivid. They seem to be a newer company in Kelowna with a refreshing attitude and we loved the Pink van (the leather seats are a nice touch BTW). Our guide Sach was awesome, always there with a bottle of water and surprised us with fresh pastries from a local bakery after one of the tastings. It was a great experience, the wines and scenery were amazing. Thanks for taking good care of us!

What an incredible and accommodating company!!! We had booked e bike rentals with Vivid for a self directed wine tour, and completely not realizing it was only for the Lake country region — we only caught it when they texted us the night before to confirm (which was so helpful and a great idea). Kevlynn had no problem cancelling the tour even the morning of, full refund, offering us other options for our day too with their company and even with other recommended companies for our preferred location! This was so unexpected and appreciated. They just wanted to ensure we had plans for the beautiful day ahead of us in the Okanagan regardless. 10/10 customer service and we will be booking with them (correctly) in the near future!!! Thank you Kevlynn!!

Booked the private Naramata Bench tour for my 50th bday celebration with my 2 besties. Vivid Tours went above and beyond my expectations! Sach our tour guide rocked and made our day very fun and memorable. Tour was well planned, safe (covid protocols in place), interesting and entertaining. We visited 5 wineries and had lunch at Time Winery - amazing staff and food there! Booking online was easy, efficient and the personal contact with the owner in terms of questions I had about booking and on the day of the tour was greatly appreciated:)

We joined the full-day Lake Country Wine Tour with Bobbi. The tour was amazing and Bobbi was a terrific guide! We went to 5 wineries, with 4-5 tastings each, including some reserve wines and the photos Bobbi took of us were beautiful. Will definitely join again and recommend this tour to anyone interested!

My friend and I had the most delightful time for my birthday wine tour. Our guide, Courtney, was professional and took care to usher us to our stops appropriately. She even made last minute calls for us to restaurants so we could find a place for dinner; we hadn't previously planned for that. I felt completely respected, our time was honored and it was an excellent representation of the professionalism and customer service this company wishes to represent.

We had a wonderful tour with Vicky exploring the Lake Country wineries. The tour was very well organized and it was clear that VIVID Tours is very familiar with all of the wineries.
The owner, Harlan, was very accommodating and developed a detailed plan for our tour on very short notice. The timing of the tour was perfect with a few added “goodies” along the way.
Both the tour operator and the wineries are very well organized in dealing with COVID restrictions while still delivering an excellent experience.

We had the best honeymoon tour with Sach our driver with Vivid! They had no problem making us a trip that was perfect for us, including picking and dropping us off in Vernon, visiting half brewery’s and half wineries. We ended with a DELICIOUS dinner at 50th Parallel Winery. The day was the best and we can’t wait to book with them again! Don’t waste your time looking at other companies!!
