The Okanagan Golf Club offers two 18-hole championship courses nestled amongst spectacular ponderosa pine forests and emerald greens: The Bear Course, designed by Nicklaus Designs and The Quail Course, designed by Les Furber. Kelowna is the perfect setting for any golfer with some of BC’s best golf courses, fine dining, vibrant culture, unique shops, orchards and vineyards all in the sunny Okanagan valley. Home to Sarazen's Restaurant and Patio, a Golf Academy, and host to numerous weddings, tournaments, events and banquets throughout the season. Golf Course open April through October. Member GolfBC Group.

    The quail
    Pretty uptight, not sure what else to say. Born and raised in Kelowna, and this is not a location I would recommend. Enjoy the course if you like, but the golf staff are a bit uptight. Course was in excellent shape, server was excellent for lunch, but out of every location I have played in Kelowna in the past thirty five years only this course and tower ranch make you feel below par… lol. Hard pass for me in the future, but I’ll give it a 3 as the course was in excellent shape. Just not the vibe I am looking for but others might enjoy. Cheers.

Beautiful summer day, had lunch on the patio, service was very good, food was good, not exceptional, my husband's prawns were salty and not great but otherwise everything was very nice. A nice change and luv patio dining. Thank you.

Excellent golf,nice facility, friendly staff!

Beautiful golf course! In excellent shape, fairways like 40 oz Berber carpet, greens were really tricked out with large mounds with tonnes of rolling undulations with raised greens. They seemed hard to me but were true for putting.
Overall, great experience. Not long but tricky with quite a few dog legs left, right.

Amazing golf

It was an amazing time golfing here at Okanagan Golf Club. We did the bear course and it was such a beautiful course. The staff are all so friendly too. I definitely will be returning here again for golf again.

Stunning course. Both of them. I prefer the Quail because it is abit tougher…and the views are unreal. Good clubhouse. Best fries EVER.

I attended the course this morning at 7:25 for an 8:10 tee time only to be advised my friend and i had been emailed at 7:15 notifying us that due to frost our tee time had been cancelled. Not delayed but fully cancelled. We were told they attempted to call us but had written our contact number down incorrectly (obviously this is our fault as we wouldn't know our own personal telephone number). When we offered to wait and or leave and come back when allowed we were told that was not an option and we were SOL. Last Saturday i played black mountain and our tee time was delayed 30 minutes due to snow but certainly never cancelled as that would be ridiculous with less than an hour before a reservation. If i could rate this course with zero stars i would happily do so.

Tight golf course

Played the Quail in early September. Course is tight with no visability from many tees. Several holes on the back seem to be a more recent addition and were more open. The last hole is interesting but not really fair from the back tees. It's a busy course and the atmosphere is one of a long established course that caters to members and less so to green fee players.

Two great golf courses and the way it is run is finally getting better

I love The Bear - probably my favourite course in the Okanagan. This year things seem to be running better - crossing my fingers as we have been hoping things would improve.
