We had an amazing time on this tour! We did the 6-hour Best of West Kelowna tour, and had such a great experience! Brian was our tour guide - he confirmed pick up location the day before, arrived early, and took great care of us at each place. Brian was very knowledgeable about the Kelowna wine scene, many times he knew just as much about the vineyards and wines as the sommeliers at the places! He held onto all of our wine purchases, gave us water, always helped us in and out of the van. I even left my umbrella in the van and he contacted me and came back to drop it off with me after he had gone home! I cannot recommend this tour and this company enough!

We had the best day touring wineries in the Naramata Bench with our excellent guide, Roy Jones. He was on time, knowledgable and a pleasant guide. All the tastings were enjoyable. Thank you, Roy for a most enjoyable day!

We wanted to do Naramatta wine tour haven driven through the area previously and saw how many wineries there were.
We called Marsha at Okanagan Wine Tours and asked her a few things and discussed with her what we were hoping to do, so left it upto her to decide which of the wineries included things we had discussed.
She did a marvellous job choosing wineries, putting together a tour for us and also chose a place to stop along the way for lunch.
Roy, who was our host/driver was great!!..
He was very knowledgeable, fun, helpful and had gifts for us along the way and was gave us the best tour and the best day.
Would definitely recommend Okanagan Wine Tours to anyone looking to do a tour in the Okanagan!

We were greeted by Larry, our tour guide. Larry is very knowledgeable of all the winery's we visited. During the travel time between winery s Larry shared great information of the area.
I highly recommend using this company for a great experience and an enjoyable wine tour. If possible request Larry to be your guide.

It was a wonderful experience! The scenery and views were amazing. The wineries were beautiful and the people doing the wine tastings were friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide Larry was a gem! He treated us so well, took our pictures. He even brought along snacks. I would recommend this tour and Larry!

Roy turned up right on time and was charming from the start.
The vehicle was spotless, equipped with water and other snacks throughout the day. We hadn’t expected this to be a private tour but it turned out to be.
Roy was a good balance of chatty and informing.
The wineries were 4, a good mix of smaller, family and a larger one. All different and with great surroundings. The booked lunch spot was a great venue on the lake.
We would recommend this as a great way of not just sampling the wines but seeing the surrounding area to Kelowna.

We have today ( 09/26/23) been on this tour and all I can say is ...FANTASTIC !! Our tour guide was Roy and nothing was too much trouble. He is an absolute credit to the company. His knowledge is amazing and his stories that he told were a joy. Add in the goody bag , and plentiful water, it really was a fitting end to our amazing holiday in Canada. The wineries we visited were of a high calibre, and if anyone gets the opportunity to do this trip..do it !!

From being picked up at our hotel we had a fantastic day. Sampled some incredible wines and had a truly great experience, with particular thanks to our guide, Roy, who could not be kinder and more helpful. Would recommend 10/10

We had a lovely afternoon with Brian taking us around West Kelowna wine country! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was also very knowledgable about the area and wineries. Thanks Brian for a great wine tour on our vacation to Kelowna!

Six of us would like to do a tour today, but we need to get back to east Kelowna by 3:30. Is this possible?

Cara, Please can you help us plan a visit?
My husband, who likes his wine, and me too - both from UK, are visiting my daughter in Vancouver in mid December for Chrsitmas and New Year.
My husband's mobility isn't good.
I won't drive in Canada.
How is it best to have an enjoyable and relaxing visit and tour of the wine country?
Could we take a bus so we can enjoy the scenery - or is that not feasible?
Where should we stay? And how long would we need to stay for?
Could this be done over 20th or 21st December - 23rd December, so that we are with my daughter for Christmas?
Or do we need to re-think where we go?
Is the Okanagan is much colder than Vancouver?
We could postpone our return to UK and do this over the weekend of 8 - 11th January if this is more practical.

Hi Jane,
Thank you for your interest in our tours. I would not advise taking a Wine Tour during these dates. My reason for this is, the weather for travelling over the mountain pass can be very unpredictable. You mentioned your husband has mobility issues, the parking lots at wineries and entries can be icey. I would not want to take the chance. Perhaps you can come and visit when the weather is better, May through October.
My apologies for not convincing you to chance the weather and join us on a tour. It would be too risky.
Enjoy your visit to Vancouver. We hope to see you here in Okanagan Wine Country when the weather is better.

My husband and I are planning to visit Okanagan valley and hope to get in with the tour, but we have 2, 8 and 12 yrs old kids.
Is there any way we could bring them with us? Or are there childcare closer connected with the tour that can help us out? Lol)

When is the earliest in the year that wine tours are available? I was hoping to plan a trip in April sometime.
