We had a great time seeing Bert Kreischer here. Staff are quick to help and the facilities are well maintained.

Home of the WHL's Kelowna Rockets, Small venue but great for hockey games. The building is very inconspicuous from the outside. Also the parking is a bit of a challenge. Fun for hockey games, was pretty well attended while we were there.

We attended a concert at Prospera, it's a good facility that was easy to access and had all the standard stuff. My only complaint would be that they shut down the concessions to early.

We went to see the Broadway Play - Kinky Boots. It is not the right venue for this. The seats are hard ! And very tight, very small. Its the wrong space for a play. I cannot fault the facility. I guess there was no other venue available. The show had technical problems. Sound was not good. Lighting was poor. Too bad, the cast and the play itself was excellent. I think the arena itself is an excellent facility. I hope Kelowna builds a proper theater for these kinds of events.

We went to Cirque du Soleil with an unexpected wheelchair and the staff was amazing! The gentleman escorted us to our seats, removed a chair so the wheelchair would fit and made us feel completely comfortable.

I think Kelowna could use a bigger stadium to encourage bigger concerts in town, but it's not ready for a massive arena, and I don't want to pay tax towards a new arena. Prospera is a good size for the local hockey team and it does get some good acts coming through. It's a typical arena for 5 thousand what can I say? Stuff is as you'd expect but it's not outstanding.

Good place for the Kelowna Rockets hockey team, and concerts that come to Kelowna. the seats are all good for both hockey and concerts. The only problem is there is no parking downtown and they build this building with no parade beside it. The event parking sucks as they charge you 10-30 dollars for the events. The concession they have there is expensive for an average family taking the family out to a hockey game and paying 6.75 for a beer or 5.00 for popcorn they should make the concession more affordable for the average person.

As a location for watching hockey, or curling this is an excellent spectator venue. Parking options are another story.
We also have attended several concerts with varying results. Best advice for concerts - get seats at least 3 rows up as the constant flow of walkers and standees coming from ? makes viewing difficult - even in a smaller venue.

bought tickets on line for the Santana Concert for March 8th. and had no difficulty what so ever. Printed the tickets at home with no difficulties encountered. It was a sold out performance. Access was good and entering the venue was well organized and orderly. Lots of staff on hand to direct people where they had to go and maintain control of the large crowd. Sound and visibility was good. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Might take a small pillow for my butt next time, seats are hard for a 2 1/2 hour sitting.
