The staff at Floatspace are passionate, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The float tank was the perfect experience to end a busy work day. I will be back again for sure, and I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time in a dep tank, loved it! When my float was over, I felt serene and relaxed (like a post-massage calm). Great decor in the waiting area, tasty tea and informative/accommodating staff. I highly recommend Float Space (one for the bucket list)!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at Float Space. We both intend to return for our own floats. There is a feeling of weightlessness thereafter that lasts, and I feel so calm!

I had heard lots of positive things about this place. Everything was great about it. The staff, the facility, the experience, the tea, etc.
If you want to treat yourself to a little 'me' time and decompress, this is the place to go. One hour went by very fast and one feels very relaxed after it.

After a long time of wanting to try this I finally did. This place was so peaceful and happy and full of hood vibes. We spent an hour in here and I was able to relax completely and feel so at peace. Was hard to tell how much time had passed but when it was over I didn't want it to end. We ended at 8pm so after that was home to bed and slept so deeply. These guys were cheaper, but high quality still. They had everything you would need and the guy genuinely seemed happy in our good experience. Seems this is not very well known yet as telling my friends and family got a lot of questions. I think everyone should try it for sure!

My partner and I tried this on a recent visit to Kelowna. It was something he'd always wanted to try and I went along for the ride as it were. It was a very interesting experience. The words my partner used to describe it were calming and relaxing and he said he felt happy in there. I found it soothing and calming, despite finding it hard to turn off my monkey mind. Now that I know what to expect think a second visit would be even more enjoyable. Definitely something we'll try again.

When we got out my partner told me I looked ten years younger - that in and of itself is reason enough to try it again! :-)

A couple of tips - if you tend to run "warm" like I do - make sure you take a lukewarm not hot shower before otherwise you might feel a bit cool in the pool. Also, I was in the open pool and perhaps would have felt warmer in a more enclosed space. My partner did find he felt like had 'water' in his ears for a couple of days after. Happily a call to the staff gave us a good solution as they told us it was likely salt dried in his ears that was causing the problem...a simple flush a couple of times with half rubbing alcohol and half white vinegar solved the problem. Next time we'll wear ear plugs. Also - the pools seem to be made of glass so we found it a bit slippery getting in and out - just be careful and move slowly and you'll be fine.

Definitely worth a try first timers!

I am slightly claustrophobic so i book either the open pool or the float temple. The disadvantage to the open pool is how dark it is in there. Of course to give you a totally relaxing experience you need the dark and because it is an open pool the only light is the one you turn on and off in the pool. Not enough light for me especially when i have just come in from the bright outside.

My preference is the float temple as i can leave the low level light on in the shower area but as the pool is totally enclosed it is pitch black in there once you turn the pool light off. However if i really wanted to go and the temple was booked i would go with the open pool.

I try and go on a regular basis as it is the ideal place for me to meditate. My last visit was on a day when i really needed a break and i felt my whole day turn around after i came out.

The people there are wonderful - helpful, friendly and zen.

Highly recommend floating to add balance to a busy life.

I have always come away from floatspace feeling 100% more relaxed and at ease in my body and mind. I found floating to be the one activity that rejuvenated me when I felt my lowest, energy/mental health wise. I frequently floated the night before an intense exam in the last two years and found the next day that my memory had increased while my stress levels had decreased. The owner, Dustin, is such a kind and gentle spirit as well and the energy he has created in this space is so calming and renewing. If you are feeling stressed, busy, overworked, looking for muscle relaxation after a workout, or just generally curious about the effects of floating on your own body, mind, and spirit- give it a try!
Highly recommend this specific float location, I have been to a few in other cities and Dustins is very unique, clean, and amazing!
