About
The Kelowna Downtown Marina and public pier is your waterfront gateway to Kelowna shops and restaurants. Offering temporary moorage, sea-doo and boat rentals, marine fuel station, and a lake-access convenience store. With seating areas along the length of the public pier, and elegant and interesting architecture, this iconic public amenity will also be an inviting destination for pedestrians visiting the waterfront and Kelowna's downtown. Our dock is open all year round and our boat rentals are available from May through September.

Staff, and Boats are Great

Was there weekend before labor day holiday, place was very busy. Staff was so nice, and helpful. Unfortunately for us, just as we went out the wind picked up, young guy Parker told us, if you don't feel safe come back. My wife has some issues bringing pontoon boat in, another guy took staff boat, got on pontoon helped her bring in. They refunded our $, and were so nice about it. Highly recommend these guys.

Very pleasant hour on the water.

We rented a pontoon boat from Downtown Marina as part of our family holiday to Kelowna. We had a wonderful hour out on the lake and the boat was ideal for our use. My only gripe was the high cost for one hour’s rental. We would loved to have spent longer but it was too expensive. However, we were aware of this heading out but I really wanted to bring our Canadian grandchildren out on the water. We had many fabulous years on Ireland’s inland waterways with their parents when we’re grow up.

Luciano was great! Made me feel ready for the water. Had a great day. Worth the cost. Had grandson screaming YEEHAW! Highly recommend!

This guy was awesome if you see this guy called Kevin he is such a nice guy and he does not make it scary if you scared of water this guy is the perfect guy he talks his voice is awesome everything about him is awesome!

My Wife and I came here 3 times in 4 days to rent a boat once and twice a jet ski. Each time I booked via the web site which is set up very well and was an easy platform to navigate. Next upon arriving the first thing that stood out was the attention to detail with Covid19 protocols. The staff does a great job with this keeping everyone safe. Next, the staff here are really nice. They provided a very safe experience as well as standing out with their customer service skills. All 3 times we attended this place the staff we encountered was great. They are also well organized. The safety pre-trip safety briefings are well done and easy to understand. This helped put my Wife at ease as she was a bit nervous at first. Each time all of my questions were answered and taken seriously as well. We had a lot of fun each time. The people working here were a big part of that and I'd like to thank the ownership/Management for having done a great job training your staff. We'll certainly be back.

Great staff. Boats are clean and ran well. Well done. Easy to exit and staff gas and then you just check out and go.

Beautiful views and fantastic experience

We had such a lovely time on the boat we rented from the marina with our two young children (6 & 2). The views are breathtaking and the lake was perfect for cruising up and down in the sunshine. The staff at the marina were exceptional and quick at getting us checked in and out. We would rent from the marina again on our next visit in heartbeat.

Great seadoo rental

Booked a seadoo for a couple hours. Smooth checkin ,helpful staff, we got on the water a few minutes ahead of time, the vessel was in great shape and ran well. Check out was smooth. Overall great experiences
