I grew up here and now I take my kids there anytime I'm back in town. so peaceful and relaxing. kids have a blast playing in the lagoon and catching crabs. if you're lucky you might catch other interesting sea creatures

Lovely place to wander. Lots of great views, ocean, lagoon, colourful fishing shacks etc. Kids would really enjoy this place.

If you are interested in trail walking and being out with nature and enjoying the scenery then you will love this park area. It's a leisurely walk.

I would say no. It is in a protected harbour so not too much for wind and no waves.
