We try and support local businesses while we can so try and go bowling once a month or so. Things have sure changed. 10 of us on a Wednesday night and paid 120.00 for 1 and a 1/4 hours of bowling. We then bought 4 buckets of beer ( 120.00) and ordered food ( another 50-60). I was not drinking so after I took the beer the table, I asked for a glass of water and was refused. The man behind the bar gave me a cup and told me to get it from the fountain. Management rules. I have seen kids with their fingers and mouth all over the fountain. No thanks. I think some common sense should be used when refusing water to paying customers. Needless to say, we will not be back. We will move on to Cues for our family events in the future.

Indoor mini-golf has been added to all the other options. Indoor was great as it was raining outside.
An entertaining blacklight decor, including coloured putters with matching balls. The course is a short 9 holes that I would rate as easy and family friendly. It is possible to score "2" on any hole, but it is also just as easy to get into an awkward spot for a "6".
We also found the staff to be friendly and the facilities very clean.

Friendly staff, clean area and great prices! We had lots of fun and enjoy it, we were not allowed food and drinks in but there was food you could order there.

First we booked laser bowling for two hours. That was fine. It was for a 15th birthday so I phoned back to let them know we’d have cupcakes. We had to book as a birthday party because they don’t allow cake or any outside food unless you book as a birthday which of course costs more. It includes chips and pop which we didn’t want but you have no choice. I did want two hours of bowling but because I had to change it to a birthday we now could only bowl for an hour and the other hour is only for cake and presents. We don’t have presents cause they’re too old and they don’t take an hour to eat a cupcake or two but they wouldn’t budge and were incredibly rude about it as well. The drink size is pathetic considering we’ve paid adult prices. And one was a juice and all it was was a tiny juice box. What a joke. I’d give it nothing if I could.

I grew up in Penticton and have always gone bowling here with my family. I’ve never had any problems until today. They have upgraded quite a bit since I’ve last been, but downgraded in many other forms. My family went there today to bowl and was absolutely shocked on what we were told. My boyfriend went to the front to ask for a glass of water for my son. He was told “no sorry I can’t give you any water, but you can buy a bottle.” He was shocked! So he then went to the bar hoping they would just get a cup of water for my kid. They have a sink and some cups there. But to his surprise they turned him down as well. At this point we were very upset and disgusted an establishment won’t serve water. When the “server” brought our basket of French fries I then asked her if my son could have a glass of water. She said “let me check”. She comes back and said to me “here you go but just to let you know our new policy is that you can only get water if you order food or drinks.” And!!! To sum it all up she told me I have to refill it in the bathroom!!!!!
I am in the industry and never heard of anything so absurd in my career! I am absolutely disgusted and won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

What a fun place! We were in Penticton for the weekend and it was raining and cold almost the whole time so we wanted some indoor fun. Laser bowling was super fun, music was great, staff is super friendly and relatable, mini golf was super cool and trippy. There’s darts, pool and an arcade. So many fun things to do!

Enter a world right out of the 80's. With 5 pin and 10 pin bowling, enough dart boards to host a dart tournament, a couple pool tables and another attraction opening soon. The food is fresh and hot and the staff are always friendly. If you are looking to have fun with the family, or just with a group of friends, this is the place to go!

Went here for my sons year end hockey party everything was great and everyone we're having a good time no issues until.... one of the older male employees asked for us to return our shoes so I go to untie them and this man says to me " if you were my wife I would have slapped your a$$" absolutely disgusting..........

a pro d day and hanging out with our grandkids. they had a list of things they wanted to do with us and this was on the list. a gorgeous autumn day so we had a good walk along the lake first. and lunch at earl's and then came here. hardly anyone here during the afternoon of a work week. i hadn't bowled in probably 15 yrs.+ and still couldn't due to a sore shoulder. don't quite get how they expect 8 year olds to use 10 pin but that appears how bowling is done now. i liked the 5 pin years ago. we had a fun time. a good game for multi generations. clean building. our family played other games after. we'll be back!
