We spent two days here with our kids and we had a great time! The bunny hill has a magic carpet which is really helpful for our little snowboarder. The magic carpet is also used by the tube riders and this is the first place we have taken our kids tubing where they were able to pull their own tubes... More

Apex Mountain Resort is truly a hidden gem with so much potential in the middle of nowhere. For the slopes themselves, there is no shortage of runs, and definitely something for everyone. We spent a full day on the mountain and there were still many runs we didn't get to (we do greens and blues). It certainly seemed more tailored... More

A friend and I received to complimentary passes for Apex as part of the reciprocal season pass deal at Mount Seymour in Vancouver. We received Tuesday and Thursday free, and then paid for Lady's day on Wednesday. Lady's day was definitely the highlight of the trip. It's about $80.00 for a day pass, a two-hour group lesson and free lunch... More

If you are an intermediate skier or better, Apex is your mountain. Accomodation so reasonable at the newly renovated Apex lodge. Wide open well groomed runs with the magic dry Okanagan snow conditions. For the skiing alone - better than Whistler. The village is small and so quaint but quiet nightlife socially. Lots to do like skating, tubing & x-country.... More

It was my first day out for the season so we took it kind of easy. Headed straight over to Stock's chair and took some warm up runs on Sluice Box, Gambit, Lucky Strike and Motherlode. Great warm up runs mostly groomers. Then headed for the Wildside and got into some blacks and powder. What a great day. Not overly... More

Out of the way but worth the drive. OMG i thought i was driving to heaven. Straight up and into the clouds. Arriving, there are no crowds or clouds! while it is getting built up the hill i fantastic. Go the Wild side if you like trees and glades. Most of the other runs have fewer skiable trees. styudy the... More

There is something a bit eerie about Apex. Why, on a Sunday with a freestyle competition going on and decent weather, would there be so few people? Why are there so many complete or half-finished condos sitting empty? Why is there so little energy around what is basically a little gem? This was my second visit in two years, and... More

We had a fun day at Apex. The hill is situated in a beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is lots of space in the village and on the mountain because this is not a super busy hill like some others. Not a ton of green runs, but enough to keep the family busy.
