This is a truly amazing bookshop, paperbacks, and hardbacks in vast quantities. Then there's the first editions!! Fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in and then it just got better and better. Staff were awesome too

This is the most iconic book store I know of. The rooms is packed floor to ceiling with books of all genres. You can spend hours here hunting for your favourite authors and find new and exciting books. No matter the subject, they will have it!

Wandered in here after a latte at Blenz next door. Glad I did.
Enormous selection of well cared for used books of all subjects. Like me you will find something I’m sure. Great to support a small unbranded and in person bookseller.

Besides having lots of books, mostly reasonably priced, the staff are very willing to help you find whatever you are looking for. Most of the shelves are well-organized, even though there are a lot of them on the floor that haven't yet been placed on those overflowing shelves. Definitely a necessary Penticton experience.

Rude employees. My partner and I were trying our best to navigate the store, which is difficult due to it being way too overstocked beyond the building code. We walked down one aisle and we were chastised by staff for walking behind the checkout area. If this is so important they should delineate it as such. Didn’t make a purchased due to this unfriendly interaction and the anxiety inducing cramped store.

I could have enjoyed an entire day in this store, but my family wouldn’t let me. Giant used bookstore - super fun if you like books. I bought a stack to read at the beach, including some more obscure literary work.

Floor to ceiling books! We could have spent hours and hours there. 5/5 for selection and overall interest factor, but I’d give it a 4/5 total because I think used books should be less expensive than they are here.
