We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. This spectacular view was featured on the $100 banknote from 1954 to 1975. From April through October, we are open daily, 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged. We do require advance reservations for groups of 8 or more.

Had a nice tasting with Carmen. I would encourage anyone who wants to wine geek to see if Carmen is working. She can answer all of your questions and some. Portfolio was solid in all areas. Well Done LaFrenz

Great atmosphere and wonderful set up. Came for lunch on a Saturday and it was packed. The wines here are pretty decent too. We had wine flights to taste a good bunch of them and eventually bought a bottle home.

Sit outside on the patio for a relaxing and outstanding wine tasting with a view of the vineyards and lake. Beautiful wines, excellent service and wine knowledge.

Apparently, the best winery in Naramata is not located on the main road. It doesn’t feature a massive architectural wonder or a spectacular view (though said view is nothing to be ashamed of). On the surface, one would assume La Frenz to be a second...More

Had heard a lot of good things by reading reviews. It was the first winery on our second day in the Okanagan Valley, and we were disappointed with the quality of the wines and also the cheapness of the pours for tasting. Maybe it was...More
