It may be very busy in the summer, but the early shoulder season is great for a stroll, some sun, and casual dining on the Lake frontage. This is a well-maintained park, a highlight of Penticton not to miss

If you are in Penticton you should visit this park . It has something for everyone and is very beautiful. We loved walking there with our dog and went there both days of our two day stay.

Skaha is probably my favorite beach in the valley. Parking can be challenging, even though there is a lot of it. The beach though is huge, with nice sand and view. Washrooms are available and I think there is a concession but haven't explored it.

Best beach in Penticton, has a park on one side and beach on the other. If you like deep water stay near the marina end by the sundial as it is dredged and drops off quickly ... if you like a long walk to depth...More

Skaha Lake Park is ideally located on the north shore of Skaha Lake in south Penticton. The beach is pristine, and is cleaned daily. The rest of the park is in grass, and is graced with many shade trees that counter Penticton's hot summer sun....More

Sure is! There is an adventure playground for ages 2-12, a splash pad and an interactive natural 'discovery' park not to mention the fabulous beach.
