I played this course 4 times in 6 days while visiting Rossland. It was a lot of fun to play. Gorgeous setting, well-maintained all around, and lots of wildlife observed. Definitely need a cart as it would be tough to walk given the mountainous terrain.

WE booked our Tee Time over a week in advance and when we got there we were told to start on the back nine first. This course is not well maintained in our opinion, the elevated tees were not accessable by steps, only steep grades ... the location of tee boxes from the last hole played was a guessing game... Had not golfed in over 20 years. We went on ladies night and had so much fun with lots of laughter!!! Forgot how much entertainment golfing can provide for a novice. Nine holes was plenty (3.5 hrs) with us letting the expert ladies pass us :) Thanks to Amy at pro-shop for setting us up, and the golf cart (beer)... More

I usually play Redstone once a year on my West Kootenay/Boundary golf trip. There are lots of elevation changes and the greens are large, fast and challenging. It makes for a great golf experience in the mountains. Check the website as they often have specials such as retirees Mondays..... golf, cart and lunch for $49.

In mid May, I checked on line to book a tee time for 9 holes. The website quoted $35 reduced 16% to $29.50. The cart was $10.50. As there were lots of open tee times, we went to the course as a walk on. The young man offered us a senior rate for 18 holes, but we declined that offer... More

A tale of two courses... The front is a remodeled old course with some highlights, but the back nine is awesome and a really amazing track to play. It is the kind of course where you feel you are the only person on it because you can't see any holes except the one you are on... The course and greens... More

Redstone Resort is a very nice layout with two completely different nines. The front nine is more open and has a rolling hills type of layout. Most of the trouble is from deep fescue 10 yards or more off the fairways or greens as well as uneven lies. The back nine is cut on the side of the mountain through... More

A relatively new course. It is definitely a mountain course with lots of elevation changes and very good vistas. Need a paved pathways to reduce dust. Being off the fairway can be punishing. Greens are very good.
