This winery has the best grounds of all the wineries on the island! The staff/owner was super knowledgeable about wine. We were on bikes, and although the gravel parking lot wasn't ride-able, they had a bike rack.

We were offered free tastings of a couple of wines with the option to try a couple more samples along with 'today's pairings' of local, artisanal foods. So we forked over our $5pp. Well, a fair amount of flavour imagination was required to assess the...More

Love this spot, it's such a pretty spot to visit and the wine is really tasty. Had a great year as they had run out of many wines by the time we visit in August.

Was blown away by the quality of Wine here. Like all BC wines, they are not cheap but the best local wine I've tasted in BC.

Salt Spring Vineyards is a small vineyard that does a great job with its setting but only average with its wine. They were short staffed during our visit but everyone was still smiling and pleasant. We sampled several and only enjoyed the Blackberry O.M.G., a...More

Great little spot, beautiful grounds. We popped in to take advantage of the summertime Friday afternoon music(4-6pm)So happy we did, enjoyed wine tasting, great music and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Next time we will bring our own picnic lunch.

It's a lovely little winery, with a nice picnic area around a pond. Our wine tasting included tastes of local items and Some of the wines are made from lesser known grapes which made it all the more interesting for us. Good wine.
