Rainforest Trail has two routes, A & B, both of which fully engulf you in the temperate rainforest full of gigantic western red cedars and western hemlocks. Sparking a sensation of zen, you will be overcome with the nostalgia of your childhood memories, ready to make more.

Scan the upper canopy for birds, listen to the trickle of water and smell the life of this highly productive forest.

Trail A is located on the opposite side of the highway from the parking lot. Trail B starts from the parking lot.

Truly you need to do this. So easy so well done. They put a lot of work into this trail and you can tell. So many secluded spots to sit along the way.

It was our first stop of the day ... at it made our day. What a great trail well maintained. The whole trail is well marked. There is a lot of stairs and can be slippery at time but a must if you are the Tofino / Ucluelet region.

I'm a big tree hugger, so I was fascinated by this amazing trail It takes a huge effort to get here, but for the sheer appreciation of this preserved piece of paradise, it's well worth it.

Lovely walks. Lots of people (in summer season). We loved the information signs on the different types of trees we were seeing.

This boardwalk trail gives you a good impression of what the deeper forest, round about the park would be like. It is filled with sights and sounds (ravens etc) of a Pacific Rainforest.

The A loop was closed so we did the B loop. Beautiful rainforest. Some of the boardwalk wood walkway is a little soft and crumbly so watch your footing.

This was an enjoyable walk among both some very old huge trees and young. I guess we are a little early in the season as half the trail was closed. Once section of our board walk was crushed, had a little difficulty crossing. This didn't damp our enjoyment though.. and even the rain held off until we were almost back... More

This trail takes you in and out along the shore, high up where the waves are crashing spectacularly into the rocks. You can walk any length of it.
