I super strongly recommend trying the T'ashii paddle tour in Tofino!! Not only was the landscape absolutely beautiful, but hearing our guide Thomas' stories about the First Nations history, traditions, captivating tales, and in-depth knowledge of the surrounding nature was so beautiful and humbling. Despite a deluge of rain during the bulk of our trip, my wife and I loved every minute of our Meares Island Canoe Tour. We've previously taken kayak tours whilst on holidays, but were very happy with our choice to go with T'ashii Paddle School...More

We had a great time on our paddle with the T’ashii tour. The canoe was huge—800 lbs!—and it was a beautiful paddling experience. Tyrrel was our guide and he was knowledgeable about the area and being on the water. It was a good experience to...More

Words can’t explain the experience of being out on the water with our guide, Terrel, hearing his family stories while having to paddle hard to beat the winds and current. Highly recommended, and my thanks.

Excellent tour for the whole family. Our guide Thomas provided lots of interesting history and local stories. Paddling the dug out canoe through the currents and seeing 1000 year old trees was a unique experience we will never forget.
