Lots and lots of walking can be done on this beach. Take your dogs. Many shallow areas for kids to play in the water.

This a great beach to come and watch the surfers. Parking is an issue on sunny days but just a beautiful way to enjoy the day whether a surfer or watcher.

This is one of the longest beaches near the country town of Tofino. The sand is clean and there are some rocks and boulders that make a good background for photography. We saw some starfish on the rocks.

Chesterman Beach is a great place for walking, jogging, surfing or just chillaxing. The annual Surfing Classics are held at Chesterman and are fun to watch. Dogs are welcome as long as you clean up after them. There are washrooms and change rooms available.

We were sooo lucky to get 3 dry and sunny days in a row. The beach is beautiful and you can watch the surfers and wanna-be surfers for hours. Can’t wait to go back!

We went here on a weekday so as to avoid crowds. No such luck. So basically all we saw was the back of millionaire homes with no trespassing signs.
