We were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids. Round trip from Pitt Meadows to Canada Place. I chose this company, as they rented car seats for the kids. The communication prior to the trip was excellent and I appreciate Howie’s quick responses. The driver’s arrived early both times. The drivers are professional and the van was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Excel Limousine Service.

We had a great experience with Excel. The driver was on time taking us to the cruise ship terminal and was there when we got off the ship 12 days later. We were lucky to have Morgan (to Whistler) and Naz (to downtown Vancouver) Transfers were seamless, vehicles spotless. Both showed interesting sites on our trek. Morgan stopped for a grocery run - much appreciated. Naz gave a few extra precautions for downtown - thank you! We will use again and highly recommend.

We are a family of 4 who used this company three times. An airport transfer and return transfers from Vancouver to Whistler. We had lots of luggage 4 suitcases, 2 large ski bags nothing was a problem. They were waiting at the airport for us, and were always early and ready for us at each hotel pick up. This is the stress free way to drive to and from Vancouver! For years I drove myself from Coquitlam to Vancouver return and had to deal with traffic and parking issues that had my brain fried! Excel took us from Vancouver International to the waterfront cruise terminal area and back. There were 7 of us in this van, including 4 seniors and a lot of luggage. Service was seamless both ways and our drivers were very kind and conscientious. I will definitely use them again.

Excel did a great job with customer service before our trip. Our driver Andy was on time and took care of us. Handled our luggage efficiently and helped us board the vehicle. Got us to the cruiseship terminal quickly and dropped us off right where we needed to be. A great way to start a trip. Will definitely use Excel again.

Contacted Excel Limo for transportation from Canada Place cruise Terminal to Vancouver International Airport for family of 6 with 10 bags. Rented a minibus through them that was a perfect fit for us. Naz was our driver and he was great: he was so friendly, professional and a great driver. He was on time, informative and the minibus was immaculate. Highly recommend Excel Limo for Vancouver transportation. Why wait for one of the Cruise lines buses among the crowds when you can do this instead for a comparable price.

Thanks to the WestJet strike, our plans changed. Our party of 5 required transportation from the airport to our hotel. Contacted Excel before 7a.m. and had an immediate response. Thank you Howie for such amazing service. We arrived 4 hours earlier and as promised, our ride (Naz) was there to great us. On his day off I might add. It was comforting to know that someone actually cared and was dependable in our time of uncertainty. For sure would use Excel again when in Vancouver.
