It was nice having a live comment instead of a tape as many hop on hop off buses do. The driver we spent the most time with was excellent, although the other driver we spent time with was rather sparse in his comments. He also did not give us clear directions as to where we could pick up the bus... More

We had a short day in Vancouver after a long trip. Fatigue was the main reason to take the "hop on, hop off" trolley tour to get an overview of the downtown area. The Driver/Tour Guide had a thick accent and it was hard to understand him. It seemed that he spent more time on all the recent condo development... More

We are a family of four with a 5 month infant and a 3.5 year old. We went with this company because they had a stop out front of our hotel and children under 4 ride free. Adults are 45$. Our day started out ok but we found that if you got off to see an attraction there was little... More

Booked the 2 Day Hop on/Hop off Trolley Tour with the Carriage Ride in Stanley Park and Aquarium Admission. The Green Line takes you to Stanley Park and the Red Line does the rest of the city. The 2 day Pass does not have to be used on consecutive days but within a 2 week period which is great in... More

My wife and I love Halloween ,to the point Vegas has been a must for several years. But I did not feel like the costumes and night clubs this year. Haunted Houses is something we have outgrown so I looked for anything out of the normal this year. My career as a concierge in Seattle gives me a great knowledge... More

The ride was good and provided a decent overview of the city. However due to the distortion of the inaudible and distorting speaker system the live commentary was absolutely useless and rather frustrating attempting to listen to. The driver was entertaining IF you could hear his commentary and IF other passengers frustrated from not being able to hear clearly the... More

We are still guessing what kind of language the drivers were murmuring. We couldn't understand a word. During our hop on hop off we have had three drivers. All had a 'speak handicap'. Poor boys. Next time we intent to look after a chinese driver/guide.

Bought the 2 day pass from the Visitor Information centre. Hopped on the red loop trolley and did the complete circuit to get our bearings. On return to Canada Place we then hopped on the green loop and headed to the Aquarium. After spending time there we hopped on another trolley and got off at Prospect Point before heading back... I've done hop off / hop on tours before and i really like the concept of them. I was a little disappointed with this tour though. There was no ticket agent at Canada place so the driver spent half an hour handing out tickets to everyone first so it took ages to actually get on the road. There is a... More

We first caught the hop-on-hop-off bus outside the Hampton Inn & Suites. They look similar to the trolleys in San Francisco, only you have to remain seated. There are 2 coloured trolleys, red and green, with the red going to one side of the city and the green the other, howevewr, they do cross over at Canada Place. The trolley... More

Staying in Stanley Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views, beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical getaway spot for friends and families, especially as it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its best equestrian outlets.
