We get there at 845am for our 9am departure like our reservation says and the Captain mumbles about needing gas and leaves on the boat saying 15-20 minutes and he'll be back. It wasn't until another employee got there at about 9:30 did he tell...More

Myself and two friends went whale watching and it was AWESOME. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat was comfortable. It was quite a chilly, cloudy day we went so it was wonderful to be 'indoors' and looking through the windows. I'd done the...More

We had an excellent experience. What a great way to visit all three locations (Coal Harbour, Lonsdale Quay, and Granville Island)...no traffic or parking issues! Traveling by water is the way to go! Our captain Brad was great too. Very friendly and relaxed. I would...More

We travelled in a group of three. The dock was easy to find; the crew were very welcoming when we arrived. We sat in a seat of three which was great. A young lady gave a commentary of the local area; explained what wildlife we...More
