We came upon this tour by chance, having arrived in Vancouver a few hours earlier. The small electric boat makes for a personal tour experience and there were 10 guests on board who fitted in quite comfortably. Our tour Captain was Maria. She was very welcoming and showed great enthusiasm on the tour. Maria gave us a great insight into the local area and showed she has a good knowledge of the history. She has an eagle eye for the seals. Maria happily answered any questions posed to here. The electric boat itself is remarkably quiet and a great environmental alternative. Our journey was roughly 30 minutes and was a great way to start our holiday here. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the short tour about 45 minutes around the harbor. Maria was knowledgeable and funny. We saw different kinds of birds, a few seals, and the afternoon breeze and light was great! Because it was electric no gas fumes and easy to hear Maria and the others. Good value! Thanks, Steve and Pui and Aui from Thailand

This was a great way to spend 30 minutes or so seeing the Harbour. Our captain was Maria and she was great. She pointed out a seal and a number of birds. She also gave a great narrative about the Harbour history. She allowed us to watch Beaver airplanes take off and land and pointed out interesting boats.

Enjoyed Beth on the harbor tour. Enjoyed the city from a different view. Boat was comfortable. It was a great way to spend an hour on a very beautiful day in Vancouver. Since the season was slowing down, they were even offering a discount of ticket price. Enjoy!!

The highlight of the hop on hop off tour was the e-Harbor boat tour of Coal Harbor. I would strongly recommend this as an add on to your Hop on Hop off ticket. Irwin was our captain and he was fabulous. He explained the history of Vancouver and provided us with beautiful views from the Harbor.

This is easily one of the best tours ever. Ervin is a fantastic guide who made this a superb experience. Ervin made this an experience to remember. Would certainly do it again and recommend this tour. If you are lucky to get Ervin, you got the jackpot!!!!

Had a great morning on the water with Spencer, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The one hour tour includes a lot of the harbor’s highlights. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I are on our last day of a 2 week road trip. Our flight is at midnight tonight and we decided to do the hop off hop on tour which included the electric boat tour. Beth was our captain and she was so funny but also very knowledgeable about the Harbour and the city. We had a great time and only wished it would have lasted longer ! Thanks for making us see the city from a different angle.

This was an add-on to our Hop On-Hop Off bus tour - it was a great addition! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the city of Vancouver from the water. Loved the fact that the boats are electric powered - zero emissions & little engine noise. Our guide, Maria, was fantastic! . . . friendly, funny & very informative. We traveled in the off-season, so there was no wait & only 4 folks total on our tour! We saw sea planes take off & land, boated by Deadman's Island - now home to the Royal Canadian Navy reserve division & by the Vancouver Rowing Club, plus we saw a playful sea lion . . . . it was a perfectly beautiful sunny day! Would highly recommend this tour.

Took the Electric Harbor boat tour the afternoon of our last day in Vancouver. Excellent guided tour by Beth! She was able to connect with each and every one of us on her boat. My husband and I were visiting from Boise, ID, with friends visiting from Vienna, Austria. Thank you Beth for the great experience.

This tour stays within the harbour and does not go out to sea. From where the tour starts you can see the area you will cover and therefore see the conditions of the water.
