What a lovely beach and park to stop for a while, relax and have a bite to eat at the beach. We cycled here and brought our lunch and it was just the perfect spot to enjoy it with such amazing views!

The place is a heaven in a sunny day, it has a stunning beach, pedestrian track and cycling track that takes you to the seawall, in addition to nice seats and refreshment stations along the road. We have spent amazing 3hours enjoying the beautiful weather...More

Really close to downtown, it´s a good place for sunset watching. You can do the shoreline walk around Stanley Park and finish it here. I like calm atmosphere on this beach, people are just enjoying pure nature. Definitely you shouldn´t miss this place.

This provided a wonderful outing for my kids. With little kids you are kind of limited in what you can do and this was a great place of fun with restaurants and food trucks around.

I love beaches and hadn't expected to find one in Vancouver. We went on a Saturday and the water was very busy with boats and water sports so it was very nice to sit, relax and watch.

there are lots of restaurants around, buy your food, go to English Bay & enjoy it under the sun on the beach. Good place to go

West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to
take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along
