English Bay has a lot of history and you feel it when strolling its banks, even on a winter day. In Summer, it is full of fun.

We only went through this in a vehicle but you could see plenty of restaurants and cafes, many of them with great views over the water. There were sculptures and a lovely walk along the edge of the bay. It also looked like there were...More

This is a very pretty, scenic bay even on a grey winters day! A nice place to stop if you are cycling to False creek.

If you are in Stanley Park then you need to take a stroll back via Third Beach and Second Beach to see English Bay. A pleasant walk and very charming bay views.

Lots of restaurants, accommodation, and sunbathing. Not unusual to see sunbathers out in January, take your own stroll or bike ride around nearby Stanley Park, grab a latte or souvlaki at any nearby shop, and enjoy.

English Bay has amazing walkways and caters to all ages and can facilitate anyone with physical limitations. The enjoyment of strolling along a level walkway and taking in the sights is truly wonderful!!

Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
