Original itinerary booked with Key West Travel was Grand Circle Vancouver including Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Jasper, however due to the damaging forest fire the train trip was altered to Vancouver to Banff. With the possibility that our bucket list to travel on the well known Rocky Mountaineer being cancelled, with the efficient and cooperation between Key West Travel team ( especially Winnie ) and Rocky Mountaineer office we were still able to experience the Rocky train trip, by travelling to Banff. At Banff joined the Key West Travel coach , Jeff was very knowledgeable and interactive with the tour group which made the coach trip from Banff to Vancouver very enjoyable . Took many photos of Rivers, Snow capped maintains and Lakes . Many thanks to the Key West Travel & Tours team to make this possible, will recommend Tour company to our family and friends. We are from Australia and needed to book some tours while in Vancouver. Key west was found by accident. I have the greatest admiration and regards as to the way they handled our requests and booking. Although there were many changes to the itinerary which was beyond their control Winnie our key person who corresponded with us always kept us informed by email and inspite of the time differences, called us at mutually convenient times. Highly recommend the team. Once we were in Vancouver they had all the required information printed out and in fact a team member took us along to the Registration place for there Rocky Mountaineer.

Our Key West tour, with tour guide Brad and coach driver Steve, was excellent on all levels. We'd never taken a coach tour and were a bit wary, but it was comfortable and incredibly well organised.
Brad and Steve were a perfect team, friendly, personable and funny. Brad's commentary was interesting and entertaining, and just the right amount, giving us plenty of time to chat or simply enjoy the stunning views.
We opted for the upgraded hotel package, all of which were superior (especially the soectacular Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff) and well worth the money.
A definite 5-star trip, with only one suggestion to Key West: hand sanitizer on the bus would have been deeply appreciated, especially as a decent handful of passengers were symptomatic with colds, Covid or whatever. Other than that, perfection!

Key West travel agency staff Cristina and Winnie were very efficient,organised, prompt and responsive to all my enquiries. As for the Valley and Peak tours, the tour leader Jeff was very informative and pleasant and we had frequent stops to break the monotony of the long drive on the 1st day.
The itinerary was time focused on the destinations we would be there by and it was almost 90% accurate!!
We were impressed not only with this but thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent scenery of the Rockies. When some of the group took an optional tour for the gondola ride,, Jeff was so kind to take us to visit another Lake which was not in the itinerary so that we did not have to wait around.
We had a wonderful time, highly recommended for those thinking of joining a Rockies tour.

My daughter and I wanted a trip across Canada, and Cristina at Key West Travel and Tours had the perfect itinerary for us—Canadian Rockies Explorer. From Toronto to Jasper, we enjoyed a Sleeper Plus cabin on VIARAIL, then three days of coach travel with a superb guide, Jeff, in Banff and Lake Louise, followed by two days on the fabulous Rocky Mountaineer! Hotel accommodations ranged from the cute Whistler's Inn in Jasper (conveniently located across the street from the train station) to the Rim Rock in Banff, and the incredible Chateau Lake Louise. I highly recommend Key West Travel and Tours and Cristina for providing a stress-fee trip!

It was a great experience right from the start! Quick email responses from Cristina about any questions we had. The tour went through smoothly and on time thanks to the couch driver Andrew. Lastly the commentary and the narrative from Jeff made the tour lively and informative! Both these gentleman are friendly and a great company to be with. The four days passed on so fast!! 💯% go for this amazing tour company!! I am sure to venture out for more tours when next in Vancouver!

Love the key west tour we joined , the 4 day tour to rockies. Wonderful guide and well planned itinerary. It's our first time with key west and we highly recommend it. Many thanks to Jeff, our guide and Mr. Ye, our driver. If you have not been to the Canadian rockies, put it on your travel priority list. You will be so happy 😊

It was my first time visiting Banff and Jasper and I had a great time. Every stop we made was stunning and so were the scenic drives. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and our tour guide and driver kept us safe and happy the whole way. Would definitely recommend!

The hubby & I recently enjoyed a 4 day / 3 night Rockies tour with Key West Travel... booked online from Australia before our Canadian departure, received a quick reply/confirmation, very easy & no problems ☑️. Wayne (our coach driver), made sure our travels were very comfortable by way of keeping a clean coach & offering the little extras, like bottles of water, butterscotch & decent luggage handling with a dash of witty humour (which wasn’t lost on us, Mr. Love...). We always felt safe in his driving care & were able to sit back, relax & enjoy the ride....☑️
Jeff (tour leader), did such a good job ensuring everything ran smoothly & to plan. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to his commentaries along the way (such an easy-listening voice) & gaining so much insight into The Rockies... Your humour too Jeff, was enjoyed & appreciated.☑️ The hotels we stayed in were comfy & clean ☑️.Thoroughly enjoyed the optional tours we selected (Athabasca Glacier & Sulphur Mt) ☑️. Other passengers from all over the world were all friendly, considerate & good value to travel with ☑️ All-in-all, a great time was had by us both ☑️☑️ And Thankyou Key West for the lovely book gift we all received... a nice touch☑️

This was our first visit to Canada and we decided to book the Key West tour as we didnt really fancy the long drive up to the Rockies. To cut a long story short the trip was excellent - the scenary is stunning, the organisation superb and a special mention to Brad (our Tour Director) and Bill (our driver) who kept everyone energised and enthused with their banter, sense of humour and energy - note for Key West but both these guys are a credit to Key West/Blue Star coaches.
Day 1 and 4 do involve long coach journeys but they were broken up by frequent stops and things to see and do. We were so pleased we decided to jointhe tour rather than drive ourselves as we felt we actually got the chance to see and experience things we wouldnt have done on our own. Brad managed the tour exceptionally well with a professional but laid back approach and great engagement with all of those on the tour group (26 people).
The tour left us with some fantastic memories and the tour group we were part of got on really well and we will would hope to remain in touch with a number of them.

Hi . Can we start the tour in Jasper rather than Calgary on the way to Vancouver as we would like to spend a few extra days in Jasper. We are thinking of the May 8 tour?

It's depend upon you, you will have to reach Jaspur to Vancouver it's too long, other hand from Calgary to Vancouver by Road/Air. By road approx 11.15 hrs.
