I asked Carlos to help me surprise my boyfriend with a treat for his brithday and he was very accomodating. He promptly responded to any inquiries I had leading up to my tour. LOVED the food and drinks on this tour. Would go again for sure.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the 1.5 hour tour. Approximately half the tour involved seeing parts of the beer making process and the other half was spent sampling the various Molson products with a focus on Molson Canadian and Coors LIght. A bit more time could have been spent on seeing more of the chemical and mechanical processes. The... More

We loved this food tour. Our guide Dave was not only a nice guy, but incredibly knowledgeable on beer making and on the history of Vancouver. There were five of us in our group and he had pre-arranged tables for us at three different pubs each of which had a great selection of craft beers and great food choices. There... More

I took my husband as part of his bday present. Men are so hard to buy for. He loved it! He now has wonderful dreams of all those beer cans on the conveyor belt! Our guide Heather was very friendly and informative. My husband will definitely go back with friends. Cheapest and most loved bday present!

We had such an amazing time for our friend's bachelorette party with Vancouver Food Tours. All the tasty drinks were perfectly paired with delicious food that were all unique to each restaurant. The servers and bartenders were fun and informative. Pola, our guide, was so great and gave us all the fun facts about the Gastown area. We could not... More

My girlfriend and I went on the Craft Beers 'n' Bites Tour in search of a fun experience for the two of us and man, was it ever! David, our tour guide, was great-- extremely knowledgable of both the city and of course, beer. As a home brewer myself and a girlfriend who is a Vancouver local, we were still... More

This was an awesome tour done through the Molson Brewery in Vancouver. Heather, our guide, had first hand knowledge on brewing beer herself and a great approach to breaking it down for us simple beer drinking folks. It was a lot of fun, great learning experience, and something I will do again when I'm in the Vancouver area. I would... More

Awesome personality in our tour guide Heather. Not only was she happy and informative but she actually drinks beer and has brewed herself. Highly recommend this tour, lots of beer to taste, can pour it yourself....best 20 bucks I've spent in a long time! I will be going again!

Our work team took the tour of the Molson Brewery and were pleasently surprised by the amount of knowledge and details the guide Heather gave as she walked us through the entire process from start to finish; while also providing complete history of the 350 years of Molson. The tasting of the different grains and hops really helped with the... More

Staying in Gastown

Neighbourhood Profile
Gastown
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
