We had heard the stain glass windows were beautiful, so we went in to have a look. The windows are beautiful, the traditional ones and also the interesting mordern windows at the back of the church created by aboriginal artist Susan Pointe. They are in...More

On a wet and grey last day in the City, we visited Christ Church. From the outside you cannot imagine the warmth of the interior. Glorious Cedar wood shining in the warm lighting plus excellent stained glass and modern decoration intermixed. We particularly appreciated the...More

We just happened upon this cathedral while walking and I'm glad we went in. It looks interesting from the outside, but the interior is absolutely gorgeous. The stained glass is reminiscent of what's seen in Ireland, and all over the world in these cathedrals. On...More

Only takes a few minutes to walk through, but if you have the time, this beautiful cathedral is worth a stop. No admission fee, just a donation, if you want to. This cathedral has beautiful stained glass windows and a huge pipe organ as well.

We did a carol sing here on Christmas eve and the church was so pretty inside and out. The acoustics in the sanctuary are amazing. It is also a very inclusive church and most bathrooms in the building are gender neutral.

I'm sure it's nice on the inside, but I only got to see the outside. Because it's CLOSED ON WEEKENDS! So if you're planning on visiting, remember that! There's not much to look at on the outside. Really disappointing :-(

Actually attended a service in this beautiful church. Not only is the interior eclectic in design but so is the liturgy and heavenly music by the choir and organ. The new spire at the back of the cathedral is modern in design with beautiful stained...More

Just a few more weeks of scaffolding and you'll be able to see a very impressive cathedral with nice outside grounds and a great stained-glass interior. Had a friendly volunteer to give us as much info as we needed (we're not big church tourists). Worth...More

I visited on a Saturday and was told it was closed. Only open Mon-Fri. They boast on their website of their Open House policy and inclusivity. I didn't see any sign of it. Not very Christian.
