A fun place to hang out, has loads of volley ball pitches and basketball courts worth checking out alongside plenty of beach space to chill out at.

What a lively and fun neighborhood and beach! Don't miss this area of wonderful Vancouver. On a sunny weekend day in June, the place was very crowded with locals enjoying the weather and visitors enjoying the scenery! So happy we walked around this lovely area!

The beach as well as the streets nearby are a nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The streets have some nice restaurants and pubs to grab some food as well

As soon as we entered Yew Street off West Broadway we felt the difference! The walk to the beach is beautiful, people are friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The village has everything one needs with many coffee shops, restuaurants and retail stores. Great...More

and poetry readings, its days of flower children and
buskers may be long-gone, but not without leaving
their mark on the number of organic restaurants and
fair-trade cafes in the area. At the centre of
Kitsilano ("Kits" for short) the almost idyllic
expanse of Kits Beach offers the opportunity for a
