False Creek is one of the best attractions in Vancouver, BC. It has the most scenic and picturesque view of the city, from across the water and away from the ever busy downtown... You really must come across one of bridges and see for yourself!...More

We took the Aquabus tour of False Creek and it was beautiful. What a lovely area with clean water and lots of friendly people.

My friend and I were visiting on bicycles and enjoyed a few hours peddling around False Creek. It was very pedestrian and cyclist friendly. Many informational signs and map kiosks helped us navigate.

I love False Creek. So much so, that I have made my home on the creek. Originally from the praries, I moved to Vancouver and was amazed at the beauty of False Creek. One of my favorite things to do is go to Granville Island,...More

What a lovely little spot and so much to see on the water. Visit using the ferries or take a rib ride around and get a full commentary of the history.A lovely spot but especially good when you are on the water

We spent a very pleasant couple of hours walking alongside False Creek watching the ferries and boats. The views are beautiful looking across to Granville Island and back across to downtown Vancouver. There are sculptures, parks and smart cafes to break up the journey.

Continue walking east from Granville Island and there is a lovely walkway that takes you along False Creek, approaching the Olympic Village. There is a mix of boats and houseboats moored there with condos facing the view. It's a peaceful spot and they have restored...More

We stayed in a condo overlooking yachts moored in False Creek close to BC Place. For the independent traveller this is a great location. There are bars & restaurants within walking distance. Just around the corner from where we stayed was a branch of the...More

A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to
take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along

It is easy to get all around Vancouver. The water taxis are great to get across to False Creek.
