We booked a 3 hour night photography tour on August 1. It was getting cloudy fast, and the sunset was just not happening. Ekaterina took us places with majestic cityscapes, but also some nice waterways, parks and other city scenes. We started at Choklit Park and worked our way to False Creek, and eventually made it to Granville Park. Ekaterina was knowledgable and efficient, but also very personable. She had useful photography tips for those less experienced photographers, but didn’t force them on those more experienced. I’d highly recommend both the tour and Ekaterina.

I had a private three hour night photography tour with Sam. He was absolutely brilliant, engaging, knowledgeable and very patient when I kept dropping my lens cap, gloves, tripod and the lens cap again. Not only did he help me take some great photos, he gave me some great tips in what I should be looking for composition wise and how to use the light in night photography. He also went above and beyond and even showed me how to use lightroom to transform what were ordinary photos into something great. Plus he did all of this in the snow and freezing cold! Definitely recommend this for anyone with an interest in photography - no matter your skill level but particularly if you are beginner like me.

Wow, quite the waterfall of compliments! No matter what level of photography you're at, composition is always critical. I'm so glad you were able to learn so much from Sam, and able to spend the time editing in Lightroom! It's perfect to spend the extra time reviewing and editing the photos to get an idea of how to transform them from good to great. Thanks again!

Hi Yanni, thanks for the five star review. We love doing photowalks at special indoor locations when the weather isn't cooperating. The library is one of the most scenic architectural masterpieces in the city.

Fabulous. Suzanne arranged everything with ease. Booked a 3 hour tour. My guide was Ricardo Seah, a great photographer who teaches. I learned a ton and had a great time. Having someone who can help you with composition is a game changer.
