After much research of tours in & around Vancouver, we decided that we wanted to see more of Stanley Park in a short time, rather than a hop & on bus that only takes you into the park & leaves you there. So our choice was the Horse Drawn Tour, which was on par with Hop On & Off Bus tours price wise, but think it gave us a much better value for money experience.
It was slightly misty that day, so it was a prefect way to see Stanley Park, while staying warm, as they give you nice rugs to cuddle up in - very nice touch.
Our Tour Guide was lovely & told us lots of info, along with asking us questions.
Tour was appx an hour - went to the Totem Poles and even though a quick stop, that is was fine, as just wanted pictures really. Then we saw more of the harbour, few more sightseeing park views. Had a lovely view of Lion Gates Bridge.
Also when we brought the tickets (which we found out when researching tours), we got a $5 discount of the Vancouver Aquarium, along with allowing us to go through the 'Express Lane' at the Aquarium. So if you are going to do the both, go to Horse Drawn first, to get the discount. It worked really well for us, as at the Aquarium there was at least at 30 min wait in the normally line, so was excellent for us to go through the 'Express Lane'.
