I had been to Yuk Yuk's before and was not impressed, but decided to give them another try. The first 3 introductory comedians were hilarious, great jokes, great delivery, great everything. The "star of the night", however, really sucked big times. If I had not been with a group of 8, I would have left the venue during his performance.... More

Went for an early show on a Sat. night in July 2016. I probably wouldn't return although for those who haven't been to a comedy club it would be a good night out. There were @ 3 openers and 1 headliner. The headliner was a "B" but didn't wow us. The openers were ok with one pretty good and the... More

I had a good time here Friday evening, I have always enjoyed stand up. I laughed a lot and groaned at a few groaners. Two or three times my comfort level was crossed when things went way to vulgar but...it's a comedy club, one should be prepared to have boundaries pushed so if I was offended thats my problem. It's... More

Recently went to Yuk Yuk’s to watch an impromptu show by actor comedian TJ Miller and he and the venue were excellent. Great sized club for intimate comedy nights, excellent and friendly service. TJ and he warm up act were awesome. Short walk from the Skytrain - Broadway Cityhall station and a bargain ticket price.

The venue: cozy basement comedy club across the street from Vancouver city hall. Floor in front of stage is jam-packed with tables for 4; back of room is lined with an elevated bench and tables for 2. The set-up works well - the backroom gets an unobstructed line of sight to the stage, and the floor can feel like you're... More

Went the other night with a few couples. I was telling them on the sky train ride down that it suckes when there is someone in the line up that you have seen before. No matter if you have seen them a month before or three years before most or all of their act is identical to the previous time.... More

Nice location. Its a short walk from the skytrain. I guess your experience is based on how good the comedians were. Pir night they were excellent. Dont order food there. High priced and not good. The drink orders were filled quickly. For only 20 bucks a ticket it was well worth it.

I go to Yuk Yuks about once a month and I love it! There's cheap amateur night on Wednesdays which yea there's usually that one comedian who gets up there and bombs, but for that one person, there's 8+ more who are awesome!! And for $6 bucks if I laugh 6 times, I got my money's worth. A starbucks is... More

The worst show I have ever seen. Most of the comedians were not funny at all. Some didn't know their lines! After the show my son said: Okay, that was a bad show, let's not talk about it.
