I ordered an item from Lululemon on May 5th and it was shipped May 6th. I was told it take 3-5 days. I also was able to track it, well my package has gotten to a certain location on May 8th and has not left that location since that day ,but each day I look at tracking it says “in transit” I contacted Lululemon and tried to chat, which I went on and I was told it takes about 40 minutes to get someone to chat, well it has been 4 hours and still no one came to chat. I also called the customer service number and was told it would take 30 to 35 minute wait. After 2 hours of waiting I hung up.
I do understand that the corona virus has changed many things, but I do not understand that Lululemon does not offer any customer service, once the item has been bought. I am very disappointed at the way their business is run and are not honest to their customers.

NEVER EVER buy Lululemon ....they have non existent customer service....they refused to transfer me to a manager or team lead when I requested it. The agent just said NO... I was wanting to cancel an order that was placed less then 24hrs prior so it was not even processed yet and I was told NO. When I asked to speak to someone in a lead or management level to clarify this I was told NO. This made me go from unhappy customer to NEVER buying from them again!

The store is super crowded and hot. Went twice during my stay in Vancouver and both times almost passed out from the heat. Turn up the AC!!!!

When in the area, need to go to the flagship store! Nice division of men’s and women’s clothing. An extensive sale rack, perhaps because it’s between seasons.
Found unique patterns that might not be in my local US store.

Employees very friendly!

One week ago I bought a pair ABC Jogger Pants from this store. It was $140 CAD. Expecting it to be good quality, I wore this pair of pants for three days until I noticed, that the cuff around the ankles started to unravel. Because I only wore these pants 3 times (not wearing them with anything similar to velcro), I couldn’t imagine that this fault came from merely wearing the pants thus must have been a production mistake. Therefore I brought them back to the store that I bought it from. After showing them the issue and telling them that I have only worn it 3 times, they told me that this pant is not made to be worn with sneakers (don’t know what JOGGERS should be worn with then? Flip-Flops?). They also told me, that it is absolutely normal for their pants to wear out after a short period of time, if there is any contact between the legs of the pants and the shoes you wear.
So everybody who wants to buy their pants should be warned that it is best to know that you should mostly use them without shoes.

Originally from Vancouver now living in Toronto. Lululemon use to be one of my goto stores. Is it just me? I’m finding the designs to be very basic lacking the pop it use to have. The fabrics, lots of basic dry fit wear that lack shape. What happened to the fabrics that accentuate and have a great feel wearing them. The iconic lulu thumb hole in the sleeves, shiney for fitted fabrics, sexy designs that are functional and yet look good these are the details that are lost. The prices I feel now don’t fit the designs. If you want to get a crop, top and booty shorts this is your place. Jackets lack shape and design. I use to think the designs were smart and made everyone look good. That was the most awesome part. We all loved the sweatshirts, the hoodies with the signature sleeves. Hoodies seem to be shorter and have taken a boxy looks. Most have no hoodie. I get the cookie cutter vibe. Was there a change somewhere? Designs seem so basic. I feel now it’s too overpriced for what you get. Sweaters, long sleeves not many options. I go in once in a while to see what new but I have given up on lulu.
They still have great gloves.

This is my first time in a lululemon store, We visited the store located in Whistler. While looking for some comfortable leggings - I spoke to another shopper (gushing about the new fabric and pant lines) - she could have easily worked there! The real treat was when I headed back to dressing room and the staff provided excellent customer service (even though it was very busy with lines waiting for dressing rooms). They helped me find the right pieces, taught me about proper fit and was honest in their opinion about what looked good and what did not. I must admit....I walked out with a whole lot less money left in my bank account! I have now worn several items and understand why the shopper was gushing over the travel pants! I plan to buy in more colors! I could live in these things!

You might just think Lululemon is for the young, but it's actually for everyone, including the young at heart. Regardless of age, the staff is welcoming and will help you find exactly what works for you including what looks good on you and what fits properly. I have never been disappointed in my shopping experience at any Lulu store. You may not get a bargain but you will leave with a stylish item, sometimes a one-of-a-kind look to strut your style.

We visited the Lululemon store on Robson. They had the usual array of quality athletic wear. My wife did some shopping, assisted by a very pleasant and helpful sales person. Lululemon is always a good shopping stop.
